Rich sweet smokey flavor. Use it in my breakfast sausage seasoning mix, dry rubs for ribs and chicken, and a seasoning all-mix I keep by the stove. Great flavor and value in bulk.

The smoky flavor in this must be tasted to be believed. It’s strong, but not overpowering and it leaves a very pleasant aftertaste. The peppers are flavorful without being bitter. It smells as fantastic as it tastes. I’ve always bought name brand products in the past, but this one is actually better than some I have tried. The resealable bag helps keep it fresh, (we store ours in the freezer, where it will last indefinitely). The price is great for such a large bag.

I love this Spanish smoked paprika. I use it on everything in cooking. The color is a rich, brick red, the taste is sweet and smokey and amplifies the flavor of virtually everything it touches. This is not a spicy shark paprika, but one of rich umami, depth, sweet and smokey flavor that compliments any palate. It's simply red bell peppers dried, smoked and ground up to deliver you the easiest hack to making anything and everything taste richer. Everyone is going to tell you that your cooking is "restaurant quality" when you use this. A four pound back lasts me almost six months! If you are not a big cook, then this bag might be a bit much for you, but if you cook most of your own meals, this will last about that long. I know it seems like a ton of paprika, but you cannot go wrong with this in adding it liberally to soups, stews, sauces, over eggs, garlic bread, shrimp, beef and chicken.
