Failed to germinate even a single one
Not a single one germinated. I have 4 varieties that I planted this year and this is the only one that didn’t come up. Not even 1 grew. All were planted at the same time, same way, same soil, same water and these were the only ones to not grow at all.

Unsuccessful- sorta successful months later
Update! Went out today to prep the garden for fall (June of 2026) and found a few carrots and cabbage had produced. This is with neglect bc I stopped caring after the harvest date. They took longer than expected but they did grow. Again this is with no care other than rain. Maybe start them a month before it says? I plan to order more and plant in September and let them go til December and see what that does. Land was prepped properly planted properly they green part grew and then stopped

Great germination success with proper planting!
Right now I am giving these rainbow carrots seeds 5 stars. I planted them last Saturday and while I am not sure they all germinated, a lot of them did. There were lots of reviews saying they were bad seeds. So I did some research. Turns out you got a keep them moist, or they won't grow. So I placed thin cardboard (the orange box in the pic for reference) over the soil after misting thoroughly. I did this each day. Exactly one week later and I have lots of tiny carrot seedlings! I will update the review after harvesting to give my opinion on the quality of the veg. But right now I'm totally thrilled!! First time success with carrots!! Edited: April 2026 it took a few rounds of planting these carrot seeds for me to find the right combo of soil, light, moisture to be able to harvest. It's my first time planting carrots, so I'm pretty sure it has more to do with my method than the seeds themselves. But I FINALLY got a carrot harvest!! Most of them were white or yellow with a few orange and 1 or 2 purple ones. But I am happy nonetheless. I have only eaten them sliced thinly or julienne on a salad, but they taste just like any other carrot. Oh and beware, the purple ones will stain!! Edited again May 3, 2026: new pic of harvest and I got the pinkish red ones along with orange and yellow!! I grow in containers so they don't get really big, but they are perfect!!!
