Great soft aluminum rivets for aluminum boat hull repair.
These worked well as repair rivets for small aluminum boat hulls. These boats are used in near-shore, inland waters. Stronger rivets may be required for more demanding applications.

Good for the Jon Boat
They're a pretty soft alloy, so they fill out embiggened holes easily. Makes a nice tight seal on my jon boat, but the softness may not leave the finest finish on the head. Maybe my skills just aren't up to aircraft-grade yet? Anyways, my 1973 boat is so watertight now that I can easily sleep in it in December without worrying about a drop of water leaking in the old rivets.

Squishes great! Uses a 3/16 drill bit! I mention this, because I've used a lot of 3/16 (.187") that require a .201 drill bit to get the head through. I've used over 300 of them and have no complaints
