Does this form factor (PC) work well on carpeted floors?

I have mine on carpet and it works fine. It sounds great and is very sturdy. No issues at all.

The cable to connect to receiver is a rca male- receiver to 2 rca male- subwoofer?

The back of the subwoofer does have two RCA inputs. However one is clearly marked for a single RCA in. The input is highlighted and is marked as LFE. I run a single cable from the back of my receiver to this subwoofer using the LFE input. There's really no reason to use a y cable at this end.

Is 110v only or 220v to?
