Does the dog come with it

I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bed was also included when my dog arrived !

Does the cover zip off to wash this bed? Thanks!

Hi there, Thank you for your interest in our products. The cover does not zip off, however the entire bed is safe to machine wash and dry. For best results, please follow the care instructions: "Machine wash, gentle cycle. Tumble dry, low heat" Thank you, Sentiments Inc / Best Friends by Sheri

Regarding your return policy: I've seen reviews that this bed is ruined in the wash (messes up the filling). If this happens, will you refund? Thanks!

The exact thing happened when I washed it for the first time, and on the Delicate cycle in cold water--the silk fabric ripped away at the seam in two places where it joined the side fabric. Stuffing is now falling out and unusable.
