I use this to drink right away in the morning with 20 ounces of water and my amino’s. I really didn’t notice much of a hydration difference until I had a slight hangover and drank this felt 100% better right away! Good stuff!

I was really excited to try this. But don’t buy it if you hate the smell of vitamins. I couldn’t even finish the bottle of water the smell is so strong. It’s not a bad batch, it just smells like an open bottle of strong vitamins. I only used one scoop but they won’t allow a return.

Great ingredients and works awesome. Love the taste. Use it 1-2 times daily with our fitness lifestyle.

Not crazy about the flavor.

Was a bit hesitant on purchasing but so glad I did. I have bought a more expensive brand but when comparing ingredients they are exactly the same with a couple ingredients a bit more or a little less but not missing any ingredients between the two brands. The taste is amazing, dissolves fully, no bitter after taste, and hydrates the body nicely. Will purchase again.

I like the taste and it has 90 servings. It blends well. Seems to be very effective!

I love this company's hydration mix! I've ordered it a few times and it's been consistent each time. I try to drink large amounts of water per day and this helps make sure it's getting absorbed properly. Love the flavors 😋
