A little goes a long way. Delicious tasting. It says to use 1 scoop, unfortunately, I did not receive a scoop in my last jar purchased. I put a little bit in my water bottle every single morning. It gives me energy and the delicious tastes helps me get my water intake. I feel hydrated and happy! I purchase the single packs (variety of flavors) for travel. I have not come across a flavor I do not like. They are all delicious. The jar is a great purchase as it lasts a long time. And you probably need less than the amount suggested.

I gave three stars based on the taste. It taste a bit gritty. But I like the Rosabella watermelon electrolytes better. I wanted to try this one since it had the coconut. More than likely will not purchase again, will give the remaining to my Son.

One of my favorite brands for any supplements. I really like the taste of these electrolytes. I've purchased these many times and they don't disappoint. You'll feel hydrated almost immediately after drinking. It's not salty how most other brands are.

Doesn’t smell great but tastes good. Def feel more energy and generally more hydrated. The size is small but I guess it’s what’s the serving must be. It fits great in my purse and gym bag.
