1 Star – Very Poor Quality, Misleading Images & Cheated as a Parent I am extremely disappointed and angry with this purchase. The product delivered is nowhere close to what is shown in the images. Half of the items/components shown in the product pictures were missing, and the packaging was also incomplete, which clearly shows negligence and dishonesty from the seller. The quality is very bad, cheap plastic, poorly finished, and honestly it looks like a used or returned product. On top of that, it is highly overpriced for such low quality. After seeing the product in hand, the price makes absolutely no sense. The worst part is that I cannot even return this item, not because I don’t want to, but because my 4-year-old son already started playing with it. At this age, he is not mature enough to understand why his toy has to be taken back. As a parent, this puts me in a helpless position and makes me feel completely cheated. Selling such poor-quality, misleading products—especially toys meant for children—is unethical and unacceptable. This seller is taking advantage of parents and kids. ⚠️ Never buy from this seller. I hope Amazon takes strict action so this seller does not repeat such practices with other families.

The size doesn't matter, it is great and I must get the collection

Product that was delivered was used where as the description said it was new. First of all whenever a new action figure is bought is it sealed from all ends. The packaging for this was open at the bottom. Also optimus has scratches on his arms and also on his legs which indicates the action figure was out of the packing. Really disappointed with this.
