I really like this detergent for everyday laundry. The Magnolia Lily scent is fresh and pleasant without being overwhelming, and it leaves clothes smelling clean after washing. Very reasonable price for "natural" detergent, smells lovely, and does a great job getting my laundry clean. Just don't use too much! A little goes a long way! I've found that Ecos products in general are very good and are my first choice for cleaning products when available. I just wish more stores in my area carried them.

Detergent is great. 4-5 stars. They are concentrated, unscented, and clean well without all the harsh chemicals. I am giving it 3 stars because every time I order it, the caps are not sealed correctly and they leak in the box. EVERY TIME. All my other items that I ordered were in the same Amazon box and they were covered in detergent. Luckily nothing else was damaged because they were individually packaged but I would say 3-5 oz of detergent leaked out and made a mess. I wish the manufacturer would do a better job at packaging them so they don’t have this issue. Having some sort of opening cover to safe guard if the lid comes loose would be helpful. Probably best not to order this along with items that are not individually wrapped and could potentially be damaged if they were to get covered in detergent.

The shipping was fast, in sturdy cardboard boxes with many air filled cushioning pouches. However, some of the jugs were placed on their side, and the liquid leaked, despite there being sealing tape around the caps. I lost about 5 capfuls of liquid from each of 3 jugs, and one jug had stripped threads at the neck. Cap could not be secured fully. If there was a bold instruction with arrows pointing UP printed on the boxes, the leakage might have been prevented.

Product itself is excellent. However arrived badly spilt.

Love the product, not pleased with packaging. EVERYTIME there is leakage, this time quite severe, lost a lot of product.
