This marmalade is probably the best I have tasted for a long time ; it has a tangy flavour.

Frank Cooper knockout marmalade
I love this marmalade and I loved the ginger marmalade he used to produce too, but can't find it anywhere. I find many marmalades a bit too sweet, but this one is just the right balance of bitterness and sweet for me. Although the label says fine cut, there are some yummy big cut s in there too. Delicious!
