A Really Good Pepper For Those Who Don't Like Heat
I don't like foods that are so spicy that I can't taste them or that I need something to rinse my mouth. I tried this pepper first by dabbing it on my tongue and I did feel some extreme heat but when I use it to cook, it's barely noticeable and adds just enough zip to my sauces and other dishes that I find myself using it on just about everything now. I really like this. I'm still boggled how it can be so hot on my tongue but not in my food.
