This is a perfect “plant milk” solution for a small family. The carafe will make 24-32 ounces of product per batch. We make soy, almond, cashew and oat beverage regularly, alternating based on our daily or weekly meal plan. The value of reducing the waste stream plus no gums, flavoring or preservatives is immeasurable. The cleaning function is a nice option to have. The yogurt function took a bit of experimentation and familiarization. Soy yogurt is easy and very straight forward using probiotics or a bit of live culture. Yup it is a bit noisy especially for soy, less so for other options because the cycle is shorter and the grinding takes less time. We store the unit in between uses, but it is attractive enough to leave out on the counter if you have the room. Reliability has been excellent over 6 months of ownership and use.

​I've been using this milk maker every other day. It makes the perfect amount to last 2 days so nothing goes to waste. The grain function clocks in at just 10 minutes. I highly recommend using the included nut milk bags to strain it—it takes away any oat texture and leaves you with milk that is perfectly smooth, tasty, and comfortably warm right out of the machine.

Got this as a bday gift for a friend, and he LOVES it! He said you need to manually strain it in a strainer/sieve bag thing if you don’t prefer pulp, but my friend doesn’t mind the extra fiber and protein so it worked out so well for him. He said it was super fine and creamy, and it is a part of his lifestyle now.

I wanted to give this product a much better review. But after three (3) replacements, I really can't. The first came with something broken/loose in it. The second worked well, until barely a month of usage (not even daily, twice a week), the motor started showing signs that it was struggling. As if it was on its last legs. The third came, after one use. I knew I couldn't keep it. It was struggling from the start. You are better off trying the GreenPan Nut Milk Maker. That one makes better sense. The entire process is basically the GP maker basically cooking/boiling/stirring the beans until they are done, then, and only then does it start blending.

I'm new to making nut/bean milks and have done a little research on how to do it safely (especially soymilk). I've had this for a few weeks and have made cashew milk and soy milk so far. It's impressive how finely the nuts/beans are ground up. I've opted to not strain the milk for the added nutrition. There is no grittiness and the flavor is great. I gave this a unit 4 stars because of the temperature at which the soybeans are heated. The boiling point where I live is 210 degrees F. But my unit only gets to 205 during the bean cycle (I used a cooking thermometer to gage temperature at different points in the cycle). I reached out to the company to see if there was a defect in my unit (soy beans have anti-nutrients are supposed to be boiled for a least 10-15 minutes to break them down). I received a timely response. Customer service and a unit's engineer assured me that the heating elements reached 212 degrees, and said that the ingredients inside the unit get hot enough. Despite the engineer's assurance, I've been taking the extra step of boiling the final product (soy milk only) on the stove for 10-15 minute more just to be sure.

Shake rattle and roll.I made Decadent soy milk, oak milk and a carrot apple treat( i ate it with a spoon and added water to the mid line). The treat lasted for days in the fridge. I couldn't believe it ...having the carrot last like that. So, sweet from the apple. Oh, yes I did add ginger root. I don't strain the milks.

If I was only reviewing the flavor and texture of my cashew milk, I would give it 5 stars. However, the machine itself has a pungent melting/burning plastic smell that gets very bad while in use. I also have to wash my hands after touching the cord because that also has a strong melting plastic smell that stays on my hands. After several months and at least 20 batches made, the smell has only slightly faded. I worry this could be a fire hazard. The machine is also extremely loud so I have to make my milk upstairs in the bathroom so I don’t disrupt the whole household.

Puede usarse con bastante facilidad, yo le dejo que utilice el tiempo preestablecido cuando seleccionas la opción 1 en el menú (NUTS). Por ahora solo he probado este opción con distintos frutos secos: almendras peladas, nueces, mix del mercadona que incluye otros frutos naturales. Le echo 3 cacitos del que trae con las medidas que señala de agua (vienen unas muescas. en el interior). Se queda ya caliente y sin apenas posos, yo no lo cuelo ni nada porque apenas queda en el fondo y además está bueno y nutritivo. Luego se limpia también con facilidad en otra opción que tiene añadiendo agua (yo lo hago siempre al terminar para que no se seque con restos). Va de vicio, cuando pueda pruebo a hacer horchata y yogur

I got it in October, and two months later it is now broken. I took incredibly good care of it and maybe only used it 7 times in total, however, the circuit board is all scrambled and won't work. At this price point, I expected the product to last a lot longer.

Non è solo una macchina “comoda”: è il tipo di prodotto che ti fa venir voglia di sperimentare ogni giorno con mandorle, avena, nocciole, cocco o soia. La cosa che colpisce subito è quanto sia semplice da usare. Inserisci ingredienti e acqua, scegli il programma e nel giro di pochi minuti hai una bevanda vegetale calda, cremosa e molto più genuina rispetto a tanti prodotti confezionati. I suoi 5 programmi automatici permettono di preparare latte di frutta secca, cereali, legumi, succhi e persino yogurt, senza dover usare frullatori separati o pentole. La capacità da 1000 ml è perfetta per una famiglia o per chi beve latte vegetale ogni giorno: abbastanza grande da preparare una buona scorta, ma senza occupare mezzo piano cucina. Inoltre il motore con 10 lame in acciaio inox fa un ottimo lavoro nel rendere il latte molto liscio e vellutato. Con anacardi o mandorle, ad esempio, spesso il risultato è così cremoso da richiedere pochissima filtrazione. Un altro punto forte è la libertà totale sugli ingredienti: puoi evitare zuccheri aggiunti, conservanti o addensanti industriali e creare bevande esattamente come piacciono a te. Per chi è intollerante al lattosio, vegano o semplicemente più attento all’alimentazione, è davvero una soddisfazione enorme. Anche la funzione timer fino a 12 ore è comodissima: prepari tutto la sera e al mattino trovi il latte caldo pronto per colazione. Ovviamente non è perfetta. Durante la frullatura è abbastanza rumorosa e alcuni utenti trovano il cavo di alimentazione un po’ corto. Inoltre, come tutte le macchine per latte vegetale, i risultati migliori si ottengono con ingredienti di buona qualità e qualche piccolo esperimento sulle proporzioni acqua/frutta secca. Ma nel complesso, il rapporto tra praticità, qualità del risultato e versatilità è davvero eccellente. Se hai sempre voluto iniziare a fare latte vegetale in casa senza complicarti la vita, questa macchina riesce a rendere il processo quasi divertente. Die Rezepte aus dem beigefügten Rezeptbüchlein funktionieren und sind lecker. Man kann natürlich seiner Phantasie freien Lauf lassen, für eigene Kreationen. Die Zerkleinerung von Nüssen, Sojbohnen - sogar nicht eingeweichten (oder anderem) ist sehr gut. Natürlich hört man das Gerät im Betrieb, als übermäßig laut würde ich es nicht empfinden. Das Gerät lässt sich gut reinigen. Bei uns gibt es nun täglich frische Pflanzenmilch, wir möchten das Gerät nicht mehr missen.
