Reebok Men's Club Memt Classic Sneaker

I have been wearing (more or less) the same Reebok court shoe for over 30 years. When I put on my first pair, they were immediately comfortable and stayed that way until I wore them completely out. I've bought A LOT of these shoes over the years. In fact, they were so much of a go-to shoe, I no longer tried them on. I just clicked and ordered the same size/style as before.Let me warn you: They've changed.The first thing I notice when I put them on is they seem a little smaller. Not a lot. But a little. I have a narrow foot and suddenly: these shoes are almost too narrow. Strange.The next thing that is immediately noticeable is the comfy insole has changed. The old insole with lots of support is now some "memory tech" insole. The "memory tech" part is that every time you wear them, you are reminded not to buy these ever again.And I'm not sure if it's the insole or the shoe... but they are suddenly whimsically, tissue thin. No exaggeration: I step on a pebble and it sort of feels like stepping on a pebble barefoot. That's not supposed to happen. I am not supposed to be able to step on a quarter and tell you if it is heads or tails.Long time customer... no more.

I've been wearing Reebok Club C court shoes for decades and have always been very happy with them. I wait until the price drops, then I buy 3-4 pairs and stash them in the closet. A few months ago, I noticed that the price had seemingly dropped rather dramatically, so I ordered three pairs. However, I failed to notice that the name of the shoe had subtly changed...Wow...these are NOT the same shoe as the Club C, even though they look virtually identical. The first thing you'll notice is that they are extremely lightweight. This because all of the material that went into the soles and arch support has been removed and replaced with some sort of "Memory Tech" garbage.The next thing you'll notice is that they fit a little tighter than the Club C. Not dramatically tighter, but enough to be uncomfortable. But the size difference is the least of you worries, the first time you step outside you'll find that you can feel EVERY SINGLE PEBBLE OR TWIG that you step on! Honestly, it's almost like walking barefoot, these shoes offer zero arch support and virtually zero buffer between your feet and the ground.Sadly, I didn't realize any of this until I took a new pair on vacation...a vacation that included a lot of walking and trail hiking. I spent a week suffering from incredibly sore feet until I wised up, tossed them in the trash and bought a different pair of shoes at a local store.Avoid these things like the plague. They aren't "shoes," they are slippers disguised as sneakers!

I have worn Reebock Classic for years. Getting hard to find in stores. When they are in stock never in larger sizes. Recently (includes this pair) seem narrow and smaller. Almost no difference in width when purchasing EEE. Beware of sizings,................... I have added these comments after days wearing. They are really undersized. The laces that came with shoes only reach 3/4 of tounge. Way too short to tie. The quality of the product overall is not Reebock. It appears that leather upper of a smaller size has been attached to 13 EEE sole. The rubber soles feel like PVC rather than good rubber soles. I compared my old dirty pair to these new ones. Not remotely the same in quality or size. I hate to say it. After years of Classic Reebocks I have to find different shoes.Lowered to 2 stars. These are a true disappointment! How can this be Reebock???

I have bought several pairs of the Club sneakers over the years and these will probably be the last. It wasn't unusual for the sole to upper bond to separate in a few places, but it never extended down very far and didn't affect their wearability. This pair has a total failure at the heel of one shoe as my photo shows. They were purchased 8 months ago and I find that unacceptable since I have pairs where the sole bottom has worn out and this has never happened.

I have huge feet, 15 4E. I was beyond ecstatic to have my first pair of Reeboks in years. They were beautiful the first... maybe five times I wore them. After that they discolored quickly. I tried everything from washing them, to soaking the laces to replacing the laces to cleaning them with a tooth brush. Of course as white shoes they will discolor over time, but the major concern is how quickly it happened and that it happened unevenly. The shoe started out as a single shade of white, and currently is two different ones. They still look good, and I'd consider buying another pair for special occasions, but these are not shoes for everyday wear at all.As a side note, they are quite comfortable though.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. I have flat feet and some other problems with them and always add some arch support in all my shoes and with these I able to slip the support under the extremely comfortable insole. I love these shoes! I walk my dog daily and distance wise we've walked to Florida and back (from Indianapolis area) and then some and I have owned several pair of these over the last 10 years or more. I wear a 13 4E and that size is difficult to find anyway.5/18/2016 Sorry but I have to update my review of these. These are not the Club C's, which I thought I was buying, and they don't even come close. The memory tech insole is horrible and there is no support at all. And the sole is so thin it is almost as if you were barefoot. The upper leather is very stiff and I was 2 weeks breaking it in along with applying conditioners to them to try and soften the leather. The appearance of these is so similar to the Club C's and the name of them that this old fool got fooled. Did not even try them on for quite sometime after they had been delivered.
