Well planned workouts to get your horses fit
Easy to follow and use the workouts. Like the physiological explanations. Liked the easy to follow progression tables to achieve fitness and the variety of workouts.

Finally a plan
This book explains conditioning protocols and their reason to bring your horse back into riding shape. No short cuts that aren’t in the horse’s best interest. I like the step by step program that I can understand and implement without expense veterinarian assistance.

Best fitness book
I love all of Jec’s books. In this one, she explains the importance of “dosage” and variety of exercise for horse fitness. her plans r ez to follow and implement w/o complicated equipment. When in doubt, follow her YouTube’s.
