what is the max weight anyone has used this strap with? Can it hold 50lbs without tearing or becoming uncomfortable?

If you are lifting 50 lbs or heavier, it might be a good idea to go with a strap that does not have velcro. It would like two metal d-rings that you would clip to the cable machine. This strap should work as well... but it is mainly meant for light to medium weight.

can this be used without cable machine? or how to use this at home without another device?

I’ve never used it any other way but with a cable machine.

I'm a big girl. Will these fit on larger ankles? What's the biggest they fit?

They are designed to expand so they fit S, M & L ankles

Does it bring 2 or just 1?

Hi there! 1 ankle strap is included in the purchase. Please consider getting 2 for an easier transition in the gym <3

Perfect!

These ankle straps are exactly as pictured and described. Nice, thick neoprene padding makes them comfortable to wear and the single D-ring and velcro make them easy to put on and take off. They stay on nice and snug while doing leg exercises on the cable machine. I would definitely buy these again and recommend to others!
