Some laxative effect, but not like non-chelated. Definitely not harsh like milk of magnesia, for example. Start with a lower dose (1-2 capsules). Great for avoiding muscle tension headaches.

FREE OF: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soy, Yeast, Sugar, Sodium, Artificial Flavor, Sweetener and Preservatives.
