Very Good!

I love making all kinds of German cuisine with accompanying side dishes. I don't make completely authentic German dishes but close enough. This Maggi Spaetzle says it's authentic so I tried it and I love it! The flavor is mild but the texture is a firm dumpling which I prefer. I've had other spaetzel recipes and pre-made but this is the best home spaetzel so far. It tastes very much like the spaetzel I get in the local German restaurant which is known for its authenticity. Super easy to make and a good price. My local supermarket used to sell this and it was pricier there. I searched and of course Amazon came through and at a better price. Recommended.
