Unfortunately having the same issue as others have seen with the poles package not being delivered. The impact screen and sides have been delivered but no poles, so it's as useful as the chocolate tea pot in the Sahara at this point in time. The product does look good quality from what I have received so it's a real shame not to get all of it. Also purchased in the Black Friday sales so was reduced. Would have to repurchase at full price if I returned the item.

I have been using this for 3 months now and the quality is excellent. It comes in two boxes which didn’t arrive at the same time but turned up within two days of each other.

Beautiful flat screen after a week or two left up, very quiet too. No issues here, good value.

I am a PGA Golf Professional and have just opened a Sim Studio to use for my lessons and to hire out for customers for simulation play and practise. After a great deal of time researching sim boxes I came across the SimSpace. Delivery was excellent and came well packaged in 2x boxes. It was easy to build but I would recommend 2x people allowing 2 hours. The instructions were easy to follow and all the components were of high quality. I’ve been using the SimSpace for a couple of months now and I have nothing but praise for the quality and performance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SimSpace to anyone looking for a high quality Simbox.

I got the 3 x 3m simspace enclosure. The screen quality is superb. The velvet material enclosure gives you that warm feeling & most importantly The ball drops straight down without bouncing back and the noise as the ball impacts the screen is much quieter than expected. It was easy to put together (2 person job) in around an hour or so

Well made product and i have had zero issues with it. My 12 year daughter and I put it together in about 20 minutes. I am a DIYer but this saved all the figuring out what to buy or will the pipes be covered, etc.

Where are the poles? This is not a full delivery. Poles are missing but delivery is shown as complete. No messages or information about this at all. Whats going on?

Initially, I mistakenly thought there were missing parts, so I requested a refund, but it was my mistake. Everything was in place. The instructions were easy, and the product was of great quality! Love it!

Received the first package earlier than expected, I still haven't received the second package that contains the poles. Amazon customer service gave me the run around four times I contacted them. I am returning the impact screen and surround, it does me no good without the frame. I actually liked the parts I received good quality.

The parts came separately and I was impatient and assumed some were lost. However it all showed up and the quality is great. The price is fair. Thanks!
