Fine for using breast pump and short term use.
Bought this while expressing to extend bra for the wearable pump cups. Did the job but the adjustments would slip a bit. Didn't matter too much as only wore them for 10 to 20 min at a time before removing and fastening my breastfeed bra back up. Don't know that they would be ok for longer term use. It did come undone at times.
