I have no complaints , flavor is good i take two teaspoons daily with a sip of water . i purchase this about two weeks ago and my nails grew , my skin look refresh and bright , my hair was falling out but i have braids in right now so i can't say if that taken a effect I am certain it is i see result for everything else I feel energetic it smells and taste fruity to me , it is worth the money and easy to digest

Taste = Amazing Dissolves in juice with just a stir of the spoon. I add to morning OJ and drink on the way out the door. No after taste, upset stomach. I stir in 2 table spoons each morning. My nails are stronger, skin is supple & soft (never had lines or wrinkles so can say it helped in that area) hair looks awesome, nice shine, strong not brittle, curls are curling 😀 I will continue to use and have recommend to friends & family. I am 58 yrs old (have been told I look 40). 5 children - 15 grandchildren. African American & White. Try a bottle and then subscribe if pleased with the results. I have only been taking about half a dose of this biotin collagen liquid. I originally was taking the recommended dosage, but it did cause me to get that typical “biotin acne breakout” And I am not someone who generally gets acne. I started reducing the dose to only a cap full a day. Since then, I have not gotten much breakouts and my nails Have been growing at rapids speed in our in great shape. A couple weeks ago they were looking extremely questionable, but now they look as healthy as can be. I keep it stored in the fridge. In the mornings, I simply drink a cap full and then I drink a cup of water. The taste is really nice, and I personally think the dosage is a little strong but again I only take half now and that fixes the issue and also prolongs how long it takes me to finish the bottle which is awesome.

This is my second bottle. No more hair loss and new hair is growing. Dilute it with water, taste is OK.

It smells okay, it doesn’t taste like mix berries but the quality is pretty decent and it doesn’t taste have a lot of health benefits

This is a great Collagen Biotin supplement. It is liquid and I store it in my refrigerator. It doesn’t taste that great, kind of like cough syrup? It doesn’t smell good and is a touch grainy in texture. I suppose you could mix it in with something if you are that particular. I do wish it tasted better but if it comprises the quality than keep it the same. It is a vitamin supplement after all. The dose you drink is just a little bit so I tolerate it and I thought the liquid would absorb better than pills. I think my hair, skin, and nails are healthier and grow better when I use this supplement. I am a 49 y/o female.
