Underactive Thyroid Testing Kit, TSH Blood Tests for Hypothyroidism One Step (1 Test)

Test was really easy to do, the lancet worked well, however did hurt a little. When I was pregnant and had GD the lancets barely hurt at all but then I suppose you do need more blood for this test and I certainly got more blood lol my result came through quickly and has put my mind at rest. I would defo use again.

Do NOT waste your money. I Just had an NHS blood test for hypothyroidism which came back positive. I'm now waiting for a tablet prescription to be done. I ordered this yesterday out of curiosity. I tested today before the start of my treatment. It gave a negative result. It did not detect my obvious hypo thyroid condition. After reading reviews, all saying negative results showing, I did suspect these devices were duff! I can't find any reviews that have shown a positive test result, all negative results. Don't waste your money! Go to your doctor instead. 5* given so this review can not be hidden.

Worked everything straightforward clear instructions seemed to work but as I have no comparison wouldn't swear to its accuracy.

Very easy to use and follow the instructions provided at the back of the box. I could not imagine it being more simple. But I am very happy that I could do a home test without bothering goung to gp as results negative, which is good.

Awful. Needle doesn't penetrative deep enough to cause the necessary bleeding amount abd how on earth are you meant to pour blood into the tiny pipette hole without squeezing it? Waste of money.

Both kits do not contain a pipette. A vital components in collecting the right amount of blood.

For the price this is a great little test kit! So easy to use, so I don’t understand the negative reviews on this product. Took a blood sample no problem with the items provided! Not painful, not messy but straight forward, if you follow the instructions! My results were a clear negative on the slide which I’m confident are pretty accurate, I’m getting my bloods done next week at my GPs and I’m pretty sure I’ll get near about the same results! It’s certainly put my mind at ease. Would buy again!

In spite of reading reviews and some people having bother with this, personally, I had no problems at all. It was very easy to use and if you keep your nerve and follow instructions, you should get enough blood. Instead of trying to squeeze the finger where it's been pricked, just massage the finger below the finger prick and collect a bit at a time intil the black line is reached. I had a clear line without doubt so hopefully no problems. I'm going to order another one now so my husband can test his. Reasonable priced, I wish the Cholesterol Test was this price.

Obwohl ich eine deutliche unterfunktion habe, zeigt dieser Test überhaupt nichts nur ein Strich. enttäuscht. muss jetzt immer die Blutwerte des Labors abwarten...

Pipette konnte bei mir einfach nicht richtig Blut aufnehmen. Die Lanzette hat auch nicht tief genug gestochen. Ich hab darauf geachtet, dass meine Finger vorher warm waren und hab sie massiert. Hat nichts gebracht
