Great value....get one!
Absolutely a GREAT product. It's very robust, works as it should, and an EXCELLENT value for what it does. I wanted a 4 input splitter (also with PIP) for busy sports weekends. I have 3 OTA tuners and 1 Ruku device connected. I had purchased and returned 2 other Quad Viewers as they fell short of being practically useful.....simply too many keystrokes with the remote, poor IR connectivity, sluggish response, and several screen modes which made no useful sense whatsoever. They were way too complex to easily use. There was no way the average non-techie family member could or would ever attempt to use them. This brand is straightforward and built by engineers with common sense users in mind. It's very affordable for what it can do, stable, and produces clear, vivid screens. The audio follows the selected screen but can be switched to any screen at any time,.....while viewing any screen. I added a $10 IR repeater so I can place the box inside a cabinet, out of site, and still operate the remote. The repeater extends the range about 15 "reliable" feet. This is a good value. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did.

This doesn't do the one thing I really need it to
This seems like a nice multiviewer generally, with good picture quality and several different modes, and the "1 big 3 small" feature gave me high hopes that I had *finally* found one whose designers understood real-world applications... but no, it's not compatible with what I need. What do I want? I want the 3 small pictures at the bottom to *overlay* and *mask* the lower 1/3 of the big image – exactly the way picture-in-picture does, but instead of just one corner, I want both corners and the middle. I want the equivalent of a PIP on the left, a PIP on the right, and a PIP in the middle. I don't want to see the whole big picture shrunken to 2/3 normal size with black bars, and I certainly don't want to see it with the aspect ratio skewed. I don't understand why skewed images are ever even an option – it makes no sense, but at least this one doesn't force that, and that's great. The shrunken "big" image is, at least, better than skewed. But imagine my disappointment to discover that "preserve the aspect ratio" meant "preserve the aspect ratio by shrinking and pillarboxing the big image." What I want – and this seems entirely reasonable – is the top 2/3 of the big image to be visible, and the bottom 1/3 should be completely masked by the 3 smaller pictures. That shouldn't be too much to ask, but somehow it seems like no vendor makes a unit that does exactly this, the most obvious thing. Heck, if this box could even do a single PIP in the bottom *center* of the screen, I'd just buy three of them and connect them in a cascade, letting each box overlay 1/3 of the lower third... but, again, no – it only does PIP in the corners. So close.

A Small Complicated Impressive Device
This is such a small modern looking device chica. This device offers multiple hdmi ports. 4 Ins and 1 out. It offers other options with buttons on the front of the device while the back offers a on/off switch. The remote offers options too but is not the greatest at distance. So that seems to stink. It powers on. It offers 4k if you buy the right model. My roku soundbar and tv's picture and audio magically works again with this switcher on and off. Fits perfect on one of my tv stand shelves. Can't comment on the hdmi in ports or the other features yet. Update. Now I can talk about the hdmi inputs. They seem to work like they should but I've barely used some of them while having used 1 of them mostly.

Take a picture of the manual
Works exactly as advertised. Remote can be a little funky from long distances but I’ve enjoyed it. I’ve had it for almost a year and use it regularly

Multi-functional, but not perfect
I bought this for PiP (Picture in Picture) capability. I have 3 computers and a FireTV, connected to the same display. I wanted to be able to have a video playing in the corner while I perform maintenance on the computers and monitor server usage. With a KVM switch, I could only connect to one device at a time. This device allows me to do all of that - with the exception that I also have a separate keyboard/mouse switch. Pros: The HDMI Multi-viewer Switch 4x1 allows me to select all four inputs simultaneously, showing a smaller image of all 4 screens A separate Audio selector allows me to select which audio source, all coming in through HDMI from the computer source, to direct to the monitor. I can keep it on the FireTV audio, even if I switch to full-screen display of any computer. I can also scale the video from the sources. The feature/price ratio really favor the price. It’s hard to beat the price. Cons: While you can select two inputs for a side-by-side or over-and-under simultaneous display, it doesn’t remember the previous choices, so a user must modify the settings whenever the device switches from full screen to multi-display mode. The only remedy for me was to put the two most-used inputs in positions 1 and 2, the default locations for 2 input display. The same “have to modify settings every time” issue occurs for over-and-under vs side-by-side. You have to cycle through past over, to get to side, each time you switch from single display to multiple. I can’t use the maximum display resolution. That information was in the description, so it’s not a surprise, just an alert. I wrote more words for Con, but I think the Pros outweigh the Cons, at least for me. I get the functionality I wanted for a low rate, with the extras being the ability to select the audio input, separately from the video input.

PIP (Picture in Picture)
Love the PIP selection, I like to keep the Weather Channel, etc. in the corner ot my TV so I can glance at it anytime I like to track storms and bad weather heading my way. Only wish it would let you change the size of the PIP, and let you swap the video anytime. Very nice and very useful for adding more devices to your TV since most TVs only have 2 HDMI inputs. LOVE IT!

Works right out of box, but lag when playing Fortnite on multiple boxes
It was very easy to set up and worked right out of the box. It started lagging sometimes when trying to play iPad and PlayStation in side by side mode and when plugging in ps5 directly to the TV the lagging stopped. I’m not sure if it was the multiview or a cable.

Top Teil 👍

Just Plug it in and Play!
Good service from Amazon saw the Video Switcher arrive on the Tuesday after ordering it on the Sunday. It’s a neat flat black box with nice blue LEDs lighting up showing you what’s happening. I needed it to link a DVD player and Apple TV outputs to a single TV input using HDMI cables. As I had the extra HDMI cable, and a spare optical fibre cable in my spare cable drawer, I could hook it all up without another trip to an electronics store. The optical fibre connected the Boxes audio output to my old Yamaha A/V 5:1 Receiver so that whatever I was playing would come through the sound system too with great clarity, ready for Pro Logic processing. It is a great solution for my particular issue. Recommended.
