They're phenomenal, perfect strip every time. Very nice clean cuts, cutters hold an edge very well. The pliers on the end come in handy when bending/twisting solid wire, without having to reach in your bag for a pair of lineman's pliers. The chrome plating or whatever is a nice touch, especially in salty & humid coastal environments. I keep them with me all the time at work now... Pricey, but worth it without a doubt.

Pros: gold standard craftsmanship. Extremely sharp cutters. Good stripping. Cons: these don't fully replace my cheapo wire strippers. this vde model doesn't have screw cutters or a locking function like the non insulated model. j hooks with this don't turn out nearly as neat as those with cheap, thin strippers like those from ideal or klein

Unmatched Quality
These are everything I look for in a stripper. They replace my lineman’s for most jobs, they have an extra half inch of handle as well when compared to the American version. The added leverage and excellent stripping/shearing quality is just unmatched.
