Solid 4-Channel Wireless System for Creators
I picked up the Comica Vimo Q to handle podcasts, interviews, and some wedding/event work where I need more than just two mics. After a few weeks of use, here’s my take: The Good: • Four transmitters + one receiver in a charging case makes this super portable and organized. • Setup is plug-and-play — I had all four mics live in under a minute. • Works with both cameras and computers/phones thanks to the 3.5mm and USB-C outputs. • Individual track mode is a life saver in post. Being able to separate voices instead of fighting with one mixed track has saved me hours of editing. • Battery life is solid — I get about 8 hours per mic/receiver, and the case extends things through a full day. • Sound quality is very good for the price point. Clean, clear, and perfectly usable for YouTube, podcasts, and wedding toasts. The Trade-Offs: • No onboard recording, so if your camera or laptop glitches, you don’t have backup files. • Like all 2.4 GHz systems, line-of-sight matters. Works great outdoors or in a room, but walls and bodies can block signal if you’re not careful. • No lav mics in the box — the built-in mics sound fine, but I’d recommend picking up lavaliers if you want a more discreet or polished look. Bottom Line: If you need to mic more than two people at once without carrying a full mixer and four separate receivers, this kit is a fantastic solution. It’s not the most “broadcast-grade” system out there, but for creators, podcasters, and event shooters, it hits a really sweet spot between features, portability, and price. Would I buy it again? Yes. Just keep in mind the limitations (no onboard recording, 2.4 GHz quirks), and you’ll be very happy with it.

Court Reporter Approved!!
I am a court reporter. These mics work great. And the price is so affordable compared to mics you find on a court reporter site. I have recommended this product to several of my court reporter friends already. And Comica customer service is fantastic! I had a user error situation. I emailed them. They were friendly and solved my problem immediately. I would give this product and Comica more than five stars if I could.

Perfect Wireless Mic System for Wedding Ceremonies
I’ve been using the COMICA Vimo Q 4-Channel Wireless Lavalier System for wedding ceremonies, and it has been absolutely flawless. I’ve used it for 8 weddings so far and haven’t had a single dropout — even in venues where other wireless systems struggle. The audio is clean, the noise cancellation works great outdoors, and having multiple channels makes it super easy to mic the officiant, groom, and any readers. Setup is quick, battery life is solid, and the range has never failed me. As a DJ, reliability is everything during a ceremony, and this system has earned my trust. Highly recommend to any wedding DJ or event pro looking for a dependable wireless solution!

Functions well, but it took my Windows11 some time to recognize it
I bought this system for my work to obtain clear voice from speakers. But before using it myself, I had to lend the system to a hybrid event with 4 speakers. Before the event, I tested the system at home. All the mics worked well, but it took a while (more or less 20 min.?) for my Windows 11 to recognize this input system so I could monitor it via my laptop and its connected external speakers. They say their event went very well. I'll post my firsthand review after using the system myself for a while.

Finally, a 4-Person Wireless Mic That Works!
I’ve been using the Comica Vimo Q for nearly a month now, including for professional client work like 4-guest podcasts and interviews. There aren’t many wireless microphone systems on the market that allow you to mic four people simultaneously, and for the price, this performs exceptionally well. While it lacks 32-bit float audio and internal recording, it makes up for those omissions with incredible convenience and value. The standout feature for me is the charging case, which allows me to store and charge all four microphones at once. It’s highly portable and feels very well-built. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable multi-mic solution on a budget.

Defective Mic
One of the mics didn't work. I bought on sale, and they would not honor the price as replacement.

Such great quality and especially great for quick and fast setups!
Comica is great and these are amazing! I previously used the COMICA BoomX-U Qua during the recording of paranormal investigations and obtained great results in the field, especially with EVPs or other sounds heard. While they worked great, I decided to upgrade to the Vimo Q. This new kit is fantastic and is so much more easy and quicker to set up. Each lavalier connects directly once removing from the case and the battery life last about twice as long! This is extremely helpful in a quick setup on investigations. I've connected the receiver through a Zoom H6 and each channel comes out so clear and crisp. The recording quality is great I did not really have to do any post editing for my first test recording. I also found the range to be a lot further and have had, so far, no interference. I will be putting these devices to the test again during an upcoming investigation in an abandoned hospital (check it out soon on YouTube - North by Northwest Paranormal). Our team will also be using these to record in some future podcasts so be sure to check us out on YouTube to get some good examples of the recording abilities of this Lav kit.

Line of site only, does not work at distance, Bluetooth Failure
I am so beyond pissed off at this product. It's my fault assuming that it was going to work, and my fault for not testing the set up earlier on in the day. But, I needed this to mic up four people who would be walking around a track which was to be plugged into a loudspeaker at a race track. I tested it up in the announcers booth, and the sound came through loud and clear while the transmitters and receivers were in the same room. The receiver had line of site to the transmitters and were at about 250 feet away. The second I walked out of the announcers booth and onto the racetrack all of the transmitters disconnected and would not work at all flashing blue. In the product description is says that they have a 650 foot radius. That's a flat out lie. They have about a 50 foot radius, maybe. I think part of the problem was that the announcers booth was three stories up in the air and behind a glass pane. But the receiver was right in the window with direct line of site to the transmitters. If you are using these for pod casts, or other events that don't require you to be at distance then I imagine they would be great. But for me, after that experience, I'm giving it one star for the lack of transparency. They DO NOT transmit at all over distance. Planning on returning them.

Great sound, easy to use, hard to find in a 4-way configuration - These are a great buy!
These are great mics, I have been using them for a significant period of time now and they have always impressed. I have been using them for interview videos at work, for clipping to athletes at my university's sporting events, and even a podcast. I will not pretend I am an audiophile, but I have found the audio quality to be excellent. They look good, feel sturdy, sound great and have an excellent battery life. The only problem I have found with them (and this might be user error) is that sometimes, not always, the case will keep the charging indicator lights on as if it is in use while all the mics are inside, and will discharge a lot of the power it has. It still takes a day or two to get to zero, but keep this in mind if you see the lights on. It also takes several hours to charge fully, but keep in mind that the mics and receiver all have their own onboard batteries that last over an hour, so the case does not need to be full to use them. Also, this is also user error, but make sure that the mono mode isn't on if you don't want it to be or the audio will sound flat, especially if you have multiple people talking. Sometimes the button on the receiver gets toggled accidentally. If you are using a phone like me to collect the audio, these work a charm. Keep in mind though that the connector type on the receiver is USB-C, so if you have a lightning connector on an Apple device, you will need a USB-C to lightning cable. Fortunately I don't for my usual applications, but just in case I was able to pick one of those up at my local dollar store for cheap, and I have seen some at our office supply store as well. Once you plug this in to your phone it works magically, zero setup required. Just start taking video! I have not tested it yet on a camera. I have found it to be EXTREMELY difficult to find 4-way mics, nonetheless ones that are good, so I cannot recommend these enough. They are not cheap compared to some of the entry level ones we all started with, but I promise if you use them a lot, they will pay dividends and be very versatile for a variety of applications.

Decent Quality Mic - purpose built
Jumping into the world of higher-end audio equipment can be daunting, but the comica Vimo Q 4-Channel Wireless Lavalier Microphone set might just be the perfect bridge for those looking to up their audio game without getting lost in the complexities of professional gear. First off, these mics are a significant step up from the budget-friendly options you might start with. The battery life is robust, comfortably outlasting cheaper alternatives, which is crucial for long recording sessions or days out in the field. And with a range extending up to 656ft, these microphones offer freedom of movement that’s hard to beat, whether you're vlogging in dynamic environments or capturing interviews in bustling settings. One of the immediate differences you’ll notice is the build and weight. These mics feel substantial, which speaks to their quality, but they might take a bit of getting used to, especially if you're trying to clip them onto lighter garments. However, the variety of connectivity options is a major plus, allowing you to pair them with virtually any device you might be using, from smartphones and tablets to PCs and cameras. The CalMix Noise Cancellation feature is a standout, significantly enhancing sound quality by cutting down on background noise. Whether you’re recording in a windy outdoor setting or a room with ambient noise, the included wind muffs are a lifesaver, ensuring your audio is clear and professional. Sound quality is where these mics shine the brightest. They deliver clear, crisp audio that captures the nuances of the human voice beautifully, making them ideal for podcasts, interviews, and even musical performances. Setting them up is straightforward, and the charging case not only makes for easy storage but ensures your mics and receiver are always ready to go. However, it's worth noting that the mics and receiver could be more intuitively labeled to match the A, B, C, D system displayed on the screen, saving some guesswork during setup. Also, while the noise cancellation works wonders, a bit more control over its levels would have been a nice touch. All in all, the mic set is an impressive package that balances ease of use with advanced features. It’s a solid investment for content creators looking to elevate the audio quality of their projects without leaping straight into professional territory. Whether you're a budding YouTuber, a podcaster, or just someone looking to improve your video conference audio, these mics offer a noticeable upgrade in sound quality and versatility.
