Quality looks good, easy to fit
Quality looks good, easy to fit, not sure why it came with 3 extra shims (only two shown in photo and that's all you need). I had to move the front fitting away from the vertical to accommodate the side door and matched the angle nearly enough on the back one to avoid distorting the awning and it appears to be fine. That's not an option offered in the instructions and perhaps could/should be as I expect it's a fairly common occurrence. They are made in varnished aluminium so I expect that in time as the varnish wears it will start to fizz but they are easily dismantled to clean up if necessary.

Easy replacements for the two which had ceased-up due to corrosion of the steel shims, and broke when I tried to force them open. Have greased the replacement shims to help keep rust away, and will lubricate annually also.
