I really like this product. It is made well and is the perfect size to fit in a personal bag for air travel. It kept my insulin cold for the 8 hours that I traveled. It would have remained cold for many hours beyond 8 hours. Please Note: I did wrap my insulin vials in cloth for insulation because if insulin freezes it is rendered useless so it would be nice if a cover for the freezer pack was included.

Our cat was diagnosed with Diabetes and requires twice daily injections. We frequently need to take it to the vet for blood panels and need to bring along the insulin. This case allows the interior container to be frozen and accepts two insulin vials. Some have mentioned that two slots is unnecessary as one vial should be sufficient. However, what if you are at the end of one and want to ensure you have more in case you need it. The case also allows for two to three insulin syringes to be stored in the inside mesh compartment. On our last trip to the vet, the case retained its temp for an entire day (7:00 am to 5:00 pm). Another bonus is the nice small form factor! For one day trips this is a fantastic case and the price is right. A++

I bought this case for my adult son who has type 1 diabetes, for Christmas. He uses a pump, and whenever he travels—for a weekend or longer—he takes some diabetes supplies, including a vial or two of insulin. He lives in Massachusetts, so it gets warm/hot for several months, and as we know, insulin does not like warm/hot. My son texted me this morning and said to write a review, to give this case a rating of "10/10." Even though it's winter outside, he loves using the case for getaway trips, knowing that his insulin is being kept cold, and secure, in the case during travel. We should have gotten this case a long time ago!

Product as described. Kept medication cold on 10 hour flight and beyond. Easy to go through security with no problems.

This is my go to insulin travel case. Easy to get through security. Not too bulky, small size is perfect can fit in my pocket in a pinch. Keep a couple syringes in the mesh pocket on other side.

Excellent product. We needed to travel on a flight with our diabetic dog. I was concerned about transporting his experience insulin. This product made it simple and safe. Now we keep his insulin in the case in the fridge all the time. Definitely avoids it getting dropped on the floor and sadly broken safe, convenient and easy. Can’t get better than that. No problems with TSA either.

Took this on a long trip for my husband it works perfect to be able to have your insulin chilled so you don’t have to worry about always having to be home to take your insulin.
