Taste and efficacy
I like these. I had imagined over salvation happening but it isn't like that. It just takes the dryness of my mouth away. It's perfect. I don't find them overly spicy. I find them to have a nice cinnamon flavor. My dental hygenist encouraged me to get something bc my mouth is very very dry from medication and affecting my dental health. I love the container and perfect for my purse or even my jeans pocket. It's a good value and I will buy more. I'm not sure it's advisable but I may try these between my gums and cheek at night.

Spicy cinnamon

MIGHT Upset Your Stomach 🤢🤮
Tastes good but the ingredents (mostly sorbitol) might upset your stomach if you eat too much.

Taste great
I love the taste of the different spices in the Cinnamon. I use Cinnamon and Peppermint, sometimes the Orange. Between these and using peroxide when brushing, my dental hygienist has commented on how little plaque I have at cleaning. I think this may be a reason.

These mints are great. I use them for my dry mouth especially at nighttime before bed or if I wake up with a dry mouth. I have purchased all flavors as I prefer different flavors at different times of the day. I highly recommend these mints

Worst cinnamon mints i ever had they have no cinnamon flavor. It taste like nothing will not be buying again.

Aspartame free but contain Sorbitol
These are nice mints and I enjoy them a lot, however I was disappointed to learn they contain Sorbitol now as the Pur brand was developed using only xylitol and other natural sweeteners. I'd prefer a lot if they skipped the Sorbitol and used Monk Fruit. The flavour is good, I enjoy most of them although cinnamon is my first choice
