Great quality and a very packable stove
I love how this thing folds up and packs. Keeps the fire going with plenty of ventilation and looks great too. Made a couple pots of coffee and pretty sure my frying pan will work great too. Probably not the best for ultra lighters at 2 lbs but my guess is it will last forever. love it.

Definitely a win!
This is surprisingly lighter than expected. VERY EASY to set up and take down. Will be trying it out with my boys (6 and 10) soon and am excited! Wanted something that would be easy to take along and simple (and cheap) to fuel. You can use tinder, twigs and sticks to start and keep the fire going. The cooking area is fairly wide for the size. Overall, very pleased! Pros: -Lightweight -Cheap -Easy assembly -Easy breakdown -Cooking area is wide -Cooking area is sturdy Cons: -This is SMALL, so don't be deceived -Cooking area isn't big enough for a large pot -Because the fire is so small, I'm not sure if I could get it hot enough to boil water (I haven't tested this, though) -You cannot feed the fire without picking up your cooking pot Update: My boys (ages 6 and 10) were able to use this with ease. Definitely a great buy!

Great concept
If you’re good at starting a fire in a small tight chamber then this is a great product. I boiled water and cooked soup in Stanley cooking cup and worked great. Like every fire, you need to keep fueling it with twigs and such, especially since it’s a small chamber, but at least you do not need to pay for gas and worry about packing it.

Great stove for solo camping
Light weight and durable. Found that it did not boil water or heat meals as quickly as I'd hoped, however for the simplicity of using small twigs and easy to find combustible wood sources, I can't complain. I did find it necessary to constantly watch the flame and feed the fuel into the chamber, as it burned through the wood sources quickly and died out fast. So, knowing that going into it you'll need to have a good stash of wood available to continuously add to the flame while using this stove, you should be happy with it. Also, I found it worked better to have a wind guard around the base to maintain heat and force the flames upward to heat my meals/water etc.

Nice, but doesn't work well.
Although the kitchen seems to be very well built, and of good material, shape etc, I found great difficulties when I wanted to boil 3/4 liter of water. I used small pieces of eucalyptus wood, very dry, small branches, which always burn very well. the fire lit very well. It was night, there were about 23 degrees Celsius, and little wind. The problem was when after a while, when I placed the pan with the water to heat up. The fire clearly decreased in intensity and was practically reduced to some embers, with almost no flame. The water didn’t boil. I had to introduce more wood repeatedly, and wait first for it to raise the fire, before replacing the pan, then the fire decayed significantly again. I had to leave the kitchenette, and make a fire on the floor, to boil the water and eat dinner. It clearly lacks more air intake to fuel the fire, so I am not satisfied with the experience. I'm going to make a few more holes to the area where the fire goes, to see if it improves combustion and raises more temperature. It also has space for very little wood, so in longer cooking, you have to add, wait for it to start again, which is a waste of time, and temperature. Best regards.

Best Portable Stove!
We loved taking this out with us on our camping trip and neatly folding it away to fit perfectly into our backpack for our hike. We love in CA, so the only problem is sometimes its hard to light a fire camping due to the drought, but we were able to use it on our trip to Pismo Beach as well as loved it!

Great in concept, poor performance.
I bought this product and was really excited to take it out for a spin in shenendoah. Unfortunately I used it over the course of a three day hike and promptly sent it back. Do not buy this product, it will not work as advertised. Reasons: 1) The legs do not fold out seamlessly and sometimes get stuck on the burn chamber 2) It is difficult to start a fire in this and keep it going. Had to continually relight some newspaper to get the fire going to burn twigs. Remember the burn chamber is small and about the size of your fist so it's not as easy as it seems. 3) Once you get a fire going you have to constantly feed it with twigs and sticks. I gathered up bark, twigs, and had some hickory wood chips as fuel which I pre-gathered. The reason being is that it doesn't get hot enough. 4) Whih brings me to my next point, Tmthe twigs/embers do not get hot enough to heat up a pan. This may seem strange but I lit a fire and put an 8 inch cast iron skillet on it which should get plenty hot but once you put a pan over the fire it extinquishes it and the fire will smoke a ton due to lack of oxygen. You can't under pack it with twigs cause it won't get hot enough and you can't over pack it either. 5) Clean up was kind of cumbersome and had to put the device in boiling/soapy water to get off the crusty oil. This device might work better with alcohol fuel instead of twigs but I think the main selling point of this device is that you can use dry twigs that you gathered. With a little bit of re-engineering this device might be a great alternative to MSR or isobutane burners, but there are no good alternatives. I could barely cook eggs on a skillet with the ncamp stove. If there was a perforated metal crown around the top of the stove on which to rest the pan/ventilate/distribute the flame, the device might work better. Also an Jet boil type of base may create an air vortex which gets the flame hotter but as it, it does not work at all.

I bought this for our day trips to the river. We tested it, using 2 big handfuls of sticks we were able to boil 1 Liter of water in about 10 minutes. Very efficient, but have not tried cooking anything yet. The base is nice and sturdy and allows for a small pot or pan for cooking. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE!

Made in China a bit fraught arriving finish is a bit dubious and I don't know how long it will last . Concept is brilliant and I wish I could have got hold of one of the original Made in the USA models

Good product, but ordered after seeing a review, and in the review it had a free table, chopping type block with it, but mine didn't and no mention of it so was slightly disappointed, but other than that good product.

Made of nice heavy gauge material. And is the same size as an iPad so it fits in the the iPad pouch in my backpack. Folds out in a flash but does get very hot when in use and takes a while to cool.
