It is the 5oz in weight shaker. I buy and use a lot of the Red Star Nutritional Yeast and love it. Personally I wish the jars was larger but they aren't that small either. They are almost as tall as a 5 pound bag of flour. This Stuff worked great for making vegan Butter, Cheesy Sauce, and a huge number of other dishes. I will definitely buy more.
