I love to cook and bake. Colavita White Balsamic Vinegar is a must have in my pantry. - Consistent very high quality. Delicious taste and fragrant aroma. - A staple ingredient in homemade salad dressings, sauces, glazes, and marinades. Photo of homemade White Balsamic Herbal Vinaigrette attached. - A light refreshing slightly sweet taste. Not as thick or powerful in taste compared to dark balsamic vinegar. - This 17 ounce jar is a terrific value, too. I highly recommend this product.

What an amazing flavor!
Great product. I had never seen White Balsamic before and have used it in a recent recipe that I'm loving the flavor from this addition!

Lighter version of balsamic
I bought this especially for a recipe that called for white balsamic for pickled strawberries. Sounded odd to me too, but try it! The white balsamic is not quite as strong, has a milder but definitely balsamic flavor, and can be used to make a vinaigrette that won't be brown on your salad or discolor any fruit. I followed a recipe I found on Instagram and filled a jar 1/3 full of white balsamic, added water, some sugar, and some peppercorns, then halved strawberries. A few hours in the fridge and the berries are delightful. Try them on rustic bread with goat cheese and fresh thyme - awesome! Tasty white balsamic.
