I can feel a difference in my energy levels when I take this as they are typically lower than most people’s. I have reduced absorption of my stomach so it’s good that the liposomal formula increases the bioavailability.

Resveratrol has been recently touted as an anti-aging supplement. I have used such supplements for several years, but more for anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation benefits. This particular form of resveratrol is from a plant root extrac (polygonum cuspldatum root extract), as opposed to other forms derived from grapes. The serving size is 2 capsules (30 day supply) and provides 500 mg per serving. The cost per serving is a bit pricey. As with any supplement such as this, it is hard to assess the efficacy, but there is some data suggesting potential benefits, but so far so good!

The first, meaning greatest amount, is microcrystalline cellulose. This is wood pulp. When checking the other ingredients, none are related to resveratrol. There are much better products at less than half the price. Do not buy.

I had been supplementing with NMN after reading a lot of the information out there about how our NAD levels decrease as we age and that supplement helps boost them naturally. Recently, I came across claims that pairing NMN with Trans-Reservatol was a great combo and that folks into longevity and anti-aging use those 2 in tandem to get results. I ordered this brand Trans-Reservatol to try. It's a newer brand that I didn't know, but it didn't seem to have a lot of fillers added to it and was made in the USA which matters to me. Within the first week of using this with my NMN powder (I let that dissolve under my tongue) I have noticed increased energy, less joint pain, better sleep, a more calm/pleasant demeanor, stronger athletic performance and one extra benefit -- I'm having insane dreams -- vivid, almost lucid dreaming that I wasn't experiencing before added the Trans-Reservatol to my regimen. I realize this is all anecdotal, but I am not the type of person who falls for the placebo effect. In fact, I'm usually skeptical that any of this stuff works, but I'm willing to try it. If the way I'm feeling continues, I'll be keeping this supplement and brand in my daily use. The only thing I've read is that it's good to take this one with some fat at the same time -- a lot of people take it with Yogurt or their first meal of the day. I've been doing that as well. Very happy I found this and tried it out. I've had no negative side effects at all. I will amend this review if anything changes.

In addition to a varied diet, I like this supplement. It's not as expensive as it is at my drugstore. I like knowing that I am taking antioxidants and perhaps filling in any holes that already exist in my diet. I'm looking forward to any cognitive benefits that I might be reaping from this supplement. Overall, I have only been taking it for a month or so, but I'll be sure to report back.
