How much water do you use to each cube. Delivery seems expensive

Hi, use the stock cubes obviously when cooking fish dishes,when I cook paella my recipe requires 2 pints of water to which I add 2 stock cubes i.e. 1 cube per pint of water,this works perfectly. Ashy.

how many cubes are in a packet?

There are six cubes (tubs) in each packet. I used to use liquid clam juice when I lived in the USA but have to use these cubes now. There is no difference between them, my recipes worked well.

Would these be suitable for a clam chowder?

They would be ideal for Clam Chouder as they have a depth of flavour that everyday fish stock cubes just can't match!
