Very lightweight, breathable, and soft material. The metal didn't seem like it would provide much stabilization but I was happily surprised to find my thumb and wrist were not hurting today after wearing it for 12 hours. I only bought one even though both hands are hyper mobile. After taking it off and comparing I was absolutely shocked to see the right hand that I had in this soft brace was actually straighter and the connection from thumb to wrist was relaxed instead of taught. I was not expecting that at all! I'm not sure if the pictures came out well to compare it side by side, but this is totally work the $10 and I'm buying a second one for my left hand right now!

No compression, no support, started falling apart shortly after putting it on. I would give it zero stars if I could. Do not buy this product.

Very lightweight. I wear this at night. I’m sorry to say my hand still sweat at night. Did support my thumb, but as should be expected, not as much support as the beefier braces. I mostly tried this to see if I could find something that didn’t make my hand sweat. Not breathable

so far it’s okay for what i got it for. i was in a car accident and suffered a thumb and wrist sprain. i had a very bulky brace from urgent care that i wore for a while then switched to a smaller brace i purchased off amazon. both of which were very restrictive for specific reasons and i still use the smaller one months later but i wanted something else that was much more flexible but had enough support to restrain movement due to my hypermobility. so the flexibility of this brace helps not be so restrictive but also compression from the sleeve helps my own proprioception which in turn helps me not overdo it and makes PT stick. I will say though, quality could be better, none of the edges are sewn so i imagine fraying will happen very soon.

I have severe osteoarthritis in my left hand, and it's just starting to bother my right hand. My left hand needs solid stability; no movement in the joint. This brace is not strong enough for that. However, it is perfect for my right hand. I'm right handed, so I need a brace that gives my thumb some support, but still allows me to have dexterity. I'm also tired of wearing bulky, ugly braces that inhibit my motion. The Push brace from my orthopaedist is uncomfortable because the hard plastic cuts into my hand, and I have to remove it to type or work (I'm a glass artist.) This brace is soft and comfortable and I can keep using my hand while wearing it, but I feel relief in the joint because there's just enough support on the outside edge to relieve the pain and stress. It fits either hand.

You get what you pay for..... This wrist is not a "brace", (nor is it a splint in any way shape or form), it is only some very limited support much like a compression glove. It is quite tight when put on, put stretches around the wrist and thumb comfortably. It is very thin and seems cheap when taken out of the package but it does the job fairly well when worn if you just need reminding you have a bad/sore thumb. However, it does not keep the thumb from moving.

I bought the medium and it is a perfect fit. Unlike other thumb support braces, this one covers most of my thumb except the very tip which is what I need for thumb stability and compression.
