I have many manual massage tools but this is my first peanut. It is truly a great tool because you can easily and effectively massage your entire body in just a few minutes plus, because it has two contact points it is much easier to use than a ball is. I bought the large size (4.7" dia.) and I'm very glad I did because the larger size gives you more/different leverage on your back than the small size would (I do plan to get the small size too though) and also, the height makes it easier to roll your legs on. I was worried this wouldn't be firm enough because it is a "foam" roller but, it is very firm. I'm late to the peanut party but, I've literally been trying to find something like this for 30+ years (well before it even existed :) ) so, thank you Rollga. Tips: when rolling your legs start high and roll down towards feet to prevent your pants from getting scrunched up; rather than trying to roll a lengthy area in one long motion, just roll a few inches back and forth and then move down to the next section; rolling right before bed can help you fall asleep faster and sleep better.

This thing is amazing! I’m best $15 I’ve spent. Was able to unlock tension around my spine that I was unable to get to with other foam rollers, massage balls or smaller peanut that I own. This one is a gem and a great addition to my collection.

Brilliant. After trying many other foam rollers and returning them, I am glad to have found this little gem. Works perfectly for rolling out rhomboids, right and left from your spine. And it is NOT overpriced like so many other products!

A little bit disappointed because the small peanut I just received is much stiffer than I was expecting it to be. There is almost no give to it at all. It is closer to a hard baseball than a tennis ball in flexion. I see that another reviewer said that it is too soft, which is opposite my experience. I can only surmise that the product has changed, or perhaps quality control is lacking, allowing stiffness to vary. It is sturdy and light. I like the shape and size.

Lightweight, perfect size for portability, works a treat. If you're a dancer, aerialist, or any other kind of mover, you need this in your bag! Great price point for a great product

I love this! I’ve had neck and back problems for decades stemming from a car accident and have used a foam roller (yoga log), a hard nubby roller that is painful, tennis balls, and more but this item works better than all of the others combined! Thanks for a great therapeutic product !

Start at base of spine and work up. Releases fascial constriction. I like it!

Such a great little roller. Amazing portable muscle relief and pain relief. Especially good for those smaller target areas like your neck, hips glutes and shoulders where can be hard to use a full-size roller. Perfect size for a gym bag or a suitcase.
