It is a great hydration powder. You can mix it incrementally to satisfy your taste. I use it in my iced tea, but it’s good enough with water.It’s a good value and it is convenient to carry a few little packs rather than a big plastic bottle.

I would give this 5☆'s but some must have gotten some moisture and were hard. But the ones that aren't taste great and dissolve well.

Purchase this after a recommendation from a friend. It tastes great and unlock other hydration drinks is not too sweet.
