Cubital Tunnel Syndrome Elbow Brace, Ulnar Nerve Entrapment Splint, Elbow Immobilizer for Night Sleeping and Day Working, 4 Angles Adjustable, Fit Women & Men, Right & Left Arm - L/XL

So far this has worked really well for me. It's hard to say if it's actually improving my condition or just preventing me from further injuring it further while it heals, particularly when I'm sleeping. I've only had it a few days so I can't speak to its durability. A couple of things that I figured out for best positioning it (for me at least): * The angle set screw is positioned so it's towards your right, for both your left or right arm. It seems to have a forearm cuff and an upper arm cuff. (See the product pic where it shows the model's left arm.) * Never let the velcro strap ends dangle freely, but just reposition them so that the brace is loose. This makes it easier to adjust with one hand and tighten later, rather than fighting to get them detangled from each other first. * It's difficult to get it positioned over your elbow and remain there for bent arm angles. Fully loosen the brace and position it where you want (with your elbow in the "hole"). Then fully tighten down the upper arm straps. Fully bend your arm so that it matches the set angle (up against the brace) and then tighten the forearm straps completely. These have worked for me, but if anybody has better tips, I'd love to see them. Overall the brace has been working pretty well, but the first few times positioning it can be a challenge -- especially if you're in pain.

Great brace. I tore my tricep completely and I used this brace after surgery. The brace the dr gives you is very big and will not stay up in the arm. I took this brace into the Dr and he really liked the fit of it, and the metal hinge. Very good quality. My Velcro is finally giving up so I am ordering another one. I’m 9 weeks into recovery.

Was very good at immobilizing since it was sturdy and easy to adjust and gave a lot of support but it did leave a little blister at the top of my arm from the nonslip rubber that it is lined with in some areas and if you are planning on sleeping in this I would suggest something softer and not as structured since it will make your arm very sore and it is uncomfortable to sleep with. Overall it is great for the price, it holds up well and does help with what it is supposed to.

So far, so good. This fits, feels supportive, and keeps my elbow straight. I like that it is easy to put on and easy to adjust the angle of the elbow being bent. It's only been 5 days, but so far I like it.

Wearing an elbow brace is not fun as it seriously restricts bending of the elbow. Doctor suggested I only wear it at night for sleeping. I wear an elbow pad during the day which protects the Ulnar nerve when it touches surfaces. This particular brace seems adequate but I have nothing to compare it with.

Horribly uncomfortable and prevented me from sleeping. Pay a little more and purchase from an official medical supply.

Comfortable for a brace and feels like quality material and sturdy structure. The variable degrees of the brace makes it easy to use during the day if needed, even typing. You do have to wear the separate strap at night otherwise it slowly shimmies down to the wrist, but even if you don't, the brace is still relatively effective.

I have tried a huge variety of braces, and this is one of my two favorites. It’s sturdy and easy to put on and take off by myself. Something I discovered, is that you can leave the pin out of the hinge and use it without locking it into a single position. This worked really well for me. It greatly restricts range of motion and gives good structured support, but still allows a little bit of movement to make general day-to-day tasks and sleeping more comfortable. I was able to easily sleep with this brace, both with the pin in the hinge and with the pin out. I preferred using the brace with the pin out to have a little bit of movement. In my opinion, this brace is worth the extra cost.

Unbelievable customer service - the brace I ordered was slightly too big and after one email I was sent out a smaller one at no extra cost arriving the next day - damaged ulnar nerve after a ski accident so I have to wear a brace fixed at an angle for 6-8weeks this is comfortable, easy to put on by myself and the support it offers has really reduced my pain - five stars for sure!

The product is as described, the quality is really good. I had an issue with the size, so I contacted the seller and they were really responsive and helpful. I recommend buying this one among others that are not as good as this one. I use it during sleeping to keep my elbow from aggrevating my tendonitis injury

Husband is awaiting and elbow replacement and doesn't currently have an elbow joint! This has been a really comfortable support, well made and practical.
