These are so yummy. The recommended dosage is two a day. Trust me, I wish I could eat more of them. For that reason, keep this jar on a high shelf away from children. As far as its effectiveness, I honestly don't know. I bought them when I was eating a lot of gluten and wanted to start fresh with a better diet and clean out my gut. I haven't had any adverse reactions to taking them and digestion seems to be stable.

Great product. I've been buying these for some time now and I haven't had any more gut issues like bloating and/or acid reflux since taking them. Except for the time when I ran out for a couple of weeks, the acid reflux came back.

I love these debloat gummies. I was using them and then i ran out and wanted to see if it really did make a difference and it does. I am not the happiest with the price but it still worth it. I do not notice a difference in energy, mood, or appetite. I do notice my stomach does not feel bloated or hurt like I have gas.
