Product works to shrink your stomach.
I find that it really clears you out in the morning if you take it an hour before bedtime. My stomach is much flatter in two weeks. It does clean you out, sometimes two or three times a day.

This is the best colon and gut cleanse I have ever taken. I take it faithfully every day. No side effects!

BM support
This is a great product if you need BM support. I have recommended it to several friends and most agree that it does exactly what you want it to do. A few have not had relief but they had underlying issues that may have been the culprit. If you just need to be regular and want help, try this! But stay close to the bathroom the first couple days, at least I had too!!!

Causes cramps and discomfort. May cause anal leakage
I have been waiting to do a review after using Belly flush for a while. I've been conflicted until today. It has worked off and on but not smoothly. Caused me cramps and discomfort. Today I had Anal Leakage at work. So beware. I don't want others to have such a humiliating experience.
