Perfect egg pan and works beautifully on induction.
I absolutely love this pan. It is my favorite pan for cooking eggs and corn bread. It fits in my Breville toaster oven and I love the removable handle. Be careful though, dont twist while using kt though becsuse kt will flip kff and drop the skillet. It comes with a wonderful stainless steel rivet and it works great. I only seasoned it once and my eggs slide like they are on non stick. The size isnt very big, it is only 9”. I wish the same pan could be made in a 12 inch pan. The cooking bottom is not rough like a lodge pan. It is in between, rough and smooth. Just right actually. I am sure it will last for over my lifetime.

Easy to use, clean and store.
I love using my ooni Grizzler Pan. Its small size makes it perfect for searing fish or a medium-sized steak and only takes up 1/3 of my grill space, so I have plenty of room to grill the veggies on the side.

Perfect fit for my needs and center burner stove top. Description lacked exact dimensions so: Cooking surface is 9¾ by 5½. Handle to handle is 12¼. Removable cast iron handle is genius and perfect for when pan's used in oven. Nice and heavy as cast iron should be. It states made in China on box. Also states seasoned with vegetable oil.

I love the pan. It’s a good size and the sides aren’t too high. You must season it for it to cook without sticking. I did barramundi skin side down to see if it stuck. Fish skin crisp and not stuck. Good buy
