I heard of this author many years ago and decided to give his books a try. I liked it so much, after reading it ,I gave it away for someone else to benefit from its reading.

This is my favorite book of all time. Before his death, Og Mandino and I had a brief period of correspondence. I still have his first letter framed in my home office.

Meeting. I just knew that they would become fast friends. What held me captive and surprised me most of all was the disappearance of Simon. The deep sense of loss experienced be Og was palpable. When he and Bette moved to New Hampshire, he made such an impression on me with his descriptive writing of the new place they called home, I want to be there and felt much as though I was there. My heart is breaking at the loss of Simon, but I remain his captive in my heart. I look forward with much enthusiasm beginning to practice some of his teachings. Thank you Mr Mandino for sharing Simon with me and the world. I will be reading all of your books, re- reading and trying to put into prac tice as much of the principles you espouse as I possibly can. My heart and mind are completely open and ready for my complete make over. Thank you again.... PESmith
