Nice product
I like this harness. The wires are color coded the same as most other's so, makes it easy to install. The wires are placed in protective loom which separates and goes down each rail of the trailer. Plenty long enough to adapt to various length trailers.

Excellent Trailer Wire Harness
Recently purchased a 5x8 ATV trailer that needed to be rewired. This harness seemed like a good value so I purchased it. I was not disappointed with this purchase. The harness is well made and the length of the harness was more than I needed. Hooked the harness to new LED tail lights, plugged it into my truck, and it worked like a champ.

TRAILER WIRE HARNESS
Very simple. I've wired in old school days. It's work, but. It keeps it simple. Works VERY well.

As advertised.
Good quality wiring but outer sheath is finicky when running through tight spaces.

Easy to install, as long as you know how the wiring needs to be run
This is a second purchase of this wiring harness for use on another trailer. The first one installed easily, and my brother has a trailer similar to mine that needs one, so I am buying it and installing it as part of his Christmas gifts. It is very simple to install, as each side of the wiring is already divided for each side, Green/Right, Yellow/Left. I saw this somewhere else, so I can't take credit for it, but a simple way to remember which side the harness goes on is that Yellow lines are on the roadside in a no-passing zone, and Green Grass grows on the right of the road. You can see the wire colors through the sheathing. If you are splicing into the harness for running lights, you have to cut the sheathing. A sharp razor worked for me when doing this, but that is the user's choice on how they separate the protection.

Bought this to rewire a boat trailer and overall pleased with it. The main positive is that it is a split harness with 5 wires separated to go along each side of the trailer. This makes it easier to run through the frame without the need for any crossover wiring that is more typical of standard four strand harness. It also arrives with protective harness sheath on each pair of wires which is a nice addition to reduce potential wear on the wire insulation. While the harness sheathing is a nice feature it also adds to the main flaw of this design. This harness is set up to run to a pair of tail lights but most larger trailers also have side markers and this harness does not have wiring dedicated to that purpose. The sheath makes it more difficult to tap into the wires along the run as you have to cut into the sheath and it then frays. You likely will have to devise an alternate plan for side lights. In my case I ran a second harness from the tail lights to the side lights. Not a big deal but could be easier if the company supplied the harness with the sheath separately so once you have your wiring set up you could then add the sheath. One last thing, the wires on my harness were not the same length and I had to add a 1 foot piece to the end of one side of the harness to make it to the end of the trailer so best you measure both runs before installing. Overall not a bad product and does the job.
