This has been a complete game-changer for my back pain and overall relaxation. It gets right into my upper and lower back knots and hugs the shape of my body, I've fallen asleep using it 3 times so far. I love the adjustable intensity as I can be tender following a deeper massage or workout so the lighter option is ideal for these times. It's light and easy to move and store- I move it between my home office and sofa at the moment. All in all, this is hands down one of the best purchases I've made... it's like having a tiny masseuse on standby, minus the awkward small talk.

Great for my bad back. Easy to use. Quite hard to first use but got used to it quickly found buttons on side unusual but easier once I found them no extra wires to use. Find it easier to carry from room to room. Would recommend for anyone who needs loosening up and a good massage. Would buy again.

I was expecting this to be poor, but I was very impressed given the price. It provides a great massage and targets the key areas effectively. Improvements needed: This device requires a remote, as it can be difficult to adjust the settings while using it. Additionally, a zip carry case for storage would be beneficial.

The massager is great for everyday use - fitting easily in a car, suitcase or under a chair. It's easy to move with it's handle having the controls built in means once unplugged there are no wires to get tangled. This comes at no reduction to the massager quality which has all the usual heat and vibration features you'd expect. Defo recommend.

Having used other back massagers, this one was great. Delivery was quick well packaged. Easy to use straight out of the box. I like its build quality and portability (comes with a handle too). The mechanism is very quiet and doesn’t creak when you lean into it. Worth the price.

I have a bad back and can't afford to keep having treatment, so I'm hoping this will help me. Only had it two days, so too early to know results yet. But it seems good. Certainly a good quality. Price was reasonable.

Easy to use. I love the variant of massage intensity and varied levels. My fave is when you click the on button twice to select mixed movement and it heats up so nicely. Turns off after 15 mins which I like as not only is it safe but it’s a good amount of time for a home massage pamper. Plug too (not usb). Good for pain relief especially if you angle it / position yourself to hit those spots.

I usually wait a few days to write a review on products I purchase , but with this massager I can honestly leave a review just after a few hours of using it, its that good. Fantastic and does what it's supposed to do and great build quality which I wasn't expecting at the discounted price. Normally I find shiatsu massagers rather uncomfortable with the mechanism turning round in circles , but with this massager it does more of a side to side movement which feels so relaxing and less painful. My only downside to this item is where the switches are situated , the massager turns off after 15 minutes , I just wish they had a remote with a short lead on it, for someone laying in bed with a sore back doesn't really want to be turning to there side to find the buttons or to check if the balls are red to see if they've turned on the heat , would have been so much easier just taking a glance at a remote control. Apart from that I can honestly say this massager is a great buy.
