Lightweight and super-packable
I was pleasantly surprised at how well this neck gaiter worked. It is very thin/lightweight but was very effective at keeping me warm. The length is good, it easily bunches around your neck without feeling bulky but it can also be pulled up to cover ears and face if needed. It is stretchy enough to get over my big head without losing its elasticity. Great product, highly recommended.

ALWAYS in my pocket or on my body! A must have with me when I do anything outside.
The best, absolute very best! Never gets stinks, merino wool is soft, very stretchy, not at all tight on my neck It keeps those little gnats at bay during bug season. It keeps drafts from going down my neck It keeps my head from getting sunburned It keeps my breath warm on those sub 10℉ outdoor days. It keeps my hands warm when I forget to pack mittens for a cool day run It keeps my ears warm as a headband I thought these were a joke, until I used them. I now own 5 Buff's and use them to adjust temp on my runs and cool and cold weather runs. Also, a great emergency hat to keep sun off of my head for when I'm caught in the sun without a hat.

Wonderful for skiing!
These merino wool Buff neck gaiters are great for skiing. Even when they get moist from your breath they feel warm against your skin. They feel light and are easy to breathe through. I have never had the need to wear a heavier weight version in our cold winters. Obviously, for snowmobiling you would likely need something thicker/heavier/more windproof but for skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, etc., this lightweight merino RULES!!! Dries quickly and wool naturally has antimicrobial properties as well, so doesn't get stinky like polyester.

This is my third Buff. This Buff has good and bad qualities
ONE MONTH UPDATE:— it has stretched out some and is not as tight as my older non wool Buffs. I have doubled it to make it thicker and since it was so very long it still covers my neck face and ears very well. When only around the neck it is quite loose even doubled. I am still super happy with it. Even in cold blowing and freezing rain i was very warm and dry. I love Merino Wool and wear it year round in several different products. This is my third Buff. This Buff has good and bad qualities. It is at least twice as long as my other Buff products. Nearly 24 inches long from top to bottom! It definitely can be used as a head cover and still have enough to bundle and keep the neck warm. It feels comfortable and smooth against the skin like a normal Buff. I am not impressed with the thickness of the material. It is very thin and see thru when stretched, like a pair of cheap girls' tights. My other Buffs seem like a tighter weave. I wore it this morning in 30F temps with it around my neck and pulled up over my nose and ears. I was warm and comfortable. There was no wind. I feel the length will make it adequate and I will double it over if temps and wind get too chilly.

Versatile, comfortable, warm—what's not to love?
What a great product! I saw someone else wearing something like this as a neck gaiter, and decided to get one myself. I took mine along on my last camping trip. Fantastic! I used it as a neck gaiter when it was chilly, then over my ears & part of my head (under my hat) when it was cold. When there was a cool wind blowing off the lake, I pulled it up over my face. When it got warm during the day, I just pulled it off and shoved it in my pack or in a breast pocket. At night, in my sleeping bag, I wore it over my neck, ears, and head, instead of a cap. In warmer weather, I'll put it around my inflatable pillow, to use in lieu of the bandana that was trying, and failing, to be a pillowcase. I'm going to take this with me when I go skiing, and wear it with, maybe even under, my neoprene face mask. I think it will also go with me the next time I fly, in case it gets a little chilly on the plane. This is a great little multi-tasker that weighs next to nothing, is super soft and comfortable, and provides just the right amount of warmth and protection. Thumbs up!

One of the best accessories I've ever purchased
I travel extensively and often go from crazy climates to another. Sometimes I need a cap to keep my head warm, or sometimes I need to cover my face because of cold or pollution. Sometimes I just need a scarf to cover my neck. But I don't want to carry excessive things in my pockets or bag that I'll never use. A number of years ago, I bought a polyester buff because I saw "Long Way 'Round" and it came in very handy. It kept sweat out of my eyes and the sun off my neck in South America and in Asia, and it kept pollution of out my nose and mouth in China. And it held up through years of abuse. Now that winter is coming and I need to prepare to exercise outdoors, I need something that will serve multiple purposes. In the few weeks that I've had the merino wool buff, I've used this as a winter hat to cover my head and ears and I've used this as a balaclava while cycling to keep my nose/face/head/neck warm. The fact that this has so many uses and it's versatile means this will be my go-to accessory when heading out in brutal midwest winters. It's a great accessory and you can't go wrong with it. Worth the investment.

Love the color and versatility
Just received, and I think the green color is great. Some one else noted it was so ugly but I guess it's in the eye of the beholder. Yes it is very thin, but I wanted it that way to pack small so it doesn't take any room for traveling. I only take carry on. I can tell it will help keep me warm when needed. I love the multi purpose aspect of it. I know I will be using it in many ways. I have another buff that I love and has held up well. This one is the merino wool and longer so will have different uses. I can't wait to use on my next adventure!

Great buff
Fantastic buff for biking in the New England winters, light and breathable but takes the bite out of the icy wind. Just don't put it in the dryer after you wash it or it turns into a shriveled baby buff

Great design.
I really like these thin Merino wool products. They are compact and keep your neck warm. They aren't as warm as thicker products, however if you need something to just keep the chill off this works very well.

長めに出来てます。
似たような物を持ってましたが、頭が大きいので上手くかぶれませんでした。でもこれは長めに出来ているので余裕でかぶったりアレンジができます。買ってよかったと思ってます。でも今の値段見てビックリです。

Super soft and not itchy!
I love the weight of these! Cosy but not too thick and not too hot. Perfect for hiking and snowshoeing! The merino wool is not itchy at all, love it!
