This stuff is awesome! I have been using moleskin for the past decade as I get hotspots on the inside heels but the moleskin always rubs away. This stuff will stay in place until you take it off. Despite other reviews, I found removal to be quite easy and painless. 10/10 would buy again.

Very sticky. It stays on skin for days or even over weeks.. Only thing sometimes after days it got rash/itchy. and even after remove it, the rash would stay on for days. But still use this tape a lot.

This stuff is the bomb for preventing, or covering, blisters from hiking. Sticks incredibly well and just works so good. I always keep a roll with me when hunting or hiking.

Love it! It is the most reliable support for your sore tendons, joints and muscles. I have used all different brands of Kinesiology Tapes which in comparison to the Leukotape, was of minimal support and more likely to irritate, leave blisters or tear your skin off. You must have the roll of (Cover Roll Tape) as the 1st layer skin protective: White Adhesive Cover tape on your skin before applying the Strong-bound Leukotape onto it, it feels like a soft cast, holds firm and allows free-movements and can alleviate the pain if you apply it correctly. Best thing about it, is its similar to the Kinesiology tape is that it can also stay on your skin for up to a few days, dries fast as it is waterproof and breathable for the healthy skin no open wounds. It does take a little time applying it, as you must be very careful not to have the tenacious Leukotape adhese directly onto your skin. I hope this helps out, just sharing my experience on using it- my favorite!

This tape really works. All the others I have tried always slip off because my feet sweat so much. Absolutely the best for your heels while hiking or any other area you may have a blister or may think you might get a blister. Put it on before you hike and you will not get a blister. It stayed put literally for three days. Finally, I peeled it off.

I use this to tape my foot for plantar support. It lasts a few days
