I got mine to counter the effects from digestive enzymes. These Keto minerals are void of citrates, sulfates and citric acid. Those increase or liberate histamine levels in me. This product delivers and is far superior than any of the crap out there, honestly. I had a bit of a detox and after verifying this with my naturopath she advised that the magnesium chloride will have a temporary detox effect and this does go away. I feel the products benefits and this is a LIFE SAFER!!!! The folks at Codeage must please keep these ingredients as is for us sensitive and allergy ridden types! Thank you for a wonderful product.

**UPDATE** I am changing this to a 5 star review as the company has bent over backwards to replace the product and make sure the problem is corrected. Top notch customer service and I will reorder again. The product seems to be working and I can tell I have more energy and seem less dehydrated when I take these. Original post I opened the bottle to find that all the electrolyte pills inside are coated in the white electrolyte powder. It is very inconvenient to have to wash the white powder off your hands every time you take a dose. Poor quality control.

I bought these last year when I started keto and they work quite well. I do still have occasional cramps and muscle twitches but it’s much more manageable when I take one of these a day. It looks like they changed their formulation to decrease their mineral content and decrease the amount of servings per bottle. Bad form guys. I was preparing to repurchase them but I will be looking for a different product that’s less expensive but I’m sure will work just as well.

It's hard to say for sure but since I started taking these, I've been losing more weight. I don't have much more to lose, I'm down 147lb and need to lose less than 10lb now but it's been very slow going lately. I read a book called the Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living which suggested I'm not getting enough sodium so I looked for a sodium supplement and came across this. Since it also supplies mag and potassium I decided to buy it. I also take separate mag supplements and as others have suggested there's probably not enough mag in this for someone on keto. Anyway it seems to be a quality product and I've just bought another bottle!

I’ve ordered this product multiple times, I see some negative reviews and I’m sorry about quality issues, I’ve seen this with other products as well. The capsule itself is very thin, makes it easy to swallow. I’ve used this in keto diet as needed, I let my body tell me instead of taking it scheduled. My husband will get leg cramps and this is pure magic. Also, my husband is diabetic and when he works on our land, he can get nauseous and he takes this and for some reason it does the trick. Since this product works so well, I love the ingredients and I will continue to take it,

I drive an expedite van for a living, that said, I try not to have carbs during long trips so as not to get sleepy. This results in two things, excessive urination and severe muscle cramping. Taking these (i take one at a time) throughout the day, has helped me A LOT! I space them out so I don't get swollen and stay hydrated. I have tried many types of hydrating powders and pills, and these seem to work best for me. And they don't break the bank!

Don’t usually write reviews but these tablets actually work. Have been on low carb diets before and have felt shocking come day 3 with headaches, feeling sick and fatigue. I thought I would try these as I wanted to try the Keto diet. Sure enough they have worked for me. No headaches or feeling sick and I have been on the Keto diet for just over a week now feeling good. Well worth the money in my opinion as Keto flu is not nice and in the past I have given up as I can’t handle the symptoms.

Okay I never write reviews I'm far too lazy. Even on products I'm super impressed with. But I am so happy with this purchase I needed to take the time to do so. I've been taking this supplement for 4 days now and I am absolutely stunned at the difference it has made in my energy levels and overall sense of feeling well. I highly highly recommend it! I did not realize how deficient I was in my minerals and have been looking for something to help with chronic fatigue which has been a side effect of catching covid back in January. The second day of taking it I feel like a light switch was turned back on. I think this is an excellent product for everyone not just people who are following a ketogenic or low carb high fat diet. I have pretty bad scalpel psoriasis and am constantly experimenting with an endless line of supplements and diets in an attempt to get it under control. For the times I give up caffeine, I pop an extra one of these for two or three days and there are no headaches in sight. When I'm fasting, I take an extra and don't feel tired or laggy. When I'm sick, or seem to be low on electrolytes I will take an extra as well. They balance my mood, they keep me regular also. If I miss a day of these, I literally know it right away! I find they are most helpful with big events like eliminating caffeine or sugar, but taking them daily has also been a game changer for me. I never write reviews but I wanted to weigh in on one of the only things that is proven to work in my life. It's refreshing to notice an immediate response to a supplement. Too much (especially if it's magnesium citrate or oxide) can cause diarrhea by drawing water into your gut.
