Battery not Included
At $27+ should come with battery! Very easy setup and operation. Works well so far. Make sure you have a CR2032 battery available or you will be heading to the store!

The voice option doesn't work, but I personally don't care about that function. It works.

Very Pleased with it!!!
Our original Sony TV remote was destroyed by our golden retriever puppy. I got on Amazon and saw the good reviews. The great price in addition to Amazon's fast delivery is why I ordered. The new remote works GREAT!! I took it out of the package, put in batteries, pointed it towards the tv and pressed the on button....the TV turned ON!! We're very pleased with it!

Worked as it should. No issues.

It’s not the best but it works
Was able to easily connect and use the remote. Functions great however it’s lighter than the original one and some of the buttons are harder to press than others. Had my dog not chewed up the original control, I would not have needed a replacement.

Not fully equivalent to original remote
Original Samsung remote could control both TV and Set Top Cable box. This unit only controls TV, so if I need to watch cable channels I need to use another remote.
