Loved it but it died. Super customer support got me a new one fast.
***UPDATE*** After it quit working, I submitted a request for a replacement or repair. The company was very quick to respond and Susan from LifePro made sure that I was shipped a new unit. I received it and it works just like it is supposed to. I was also informed that it has a lifetime warranty from LifePro, so that is amazing! I have used other foot massagers. This one is my favorite. It is so much quieter than the others, but still gives a great massage. It's a bit of work to keep it from drifting around on my tile floor, but once you get it to stay in place it gives really good massage. I love how you can tilt it to massage your calves as well. I don't use the heat function, but my wife loves it. Worked well for 8 months, then stopped. The lights work, the display works, it looks like it is working but the footpad stopped moving. The company has a phone number that does not get answered, a form that has a non-working send button, an option to text that instantly rejects your text as spam and a chat feature that does not get a live person. **Update** Once I submitted a claim through Amazon, I was contacted by Susan by phone and she replaced it quickly.

Comfortable but Didn't Help Much
This foot massager is easy to use and the vibration and heat functions are relaxing. However, after using it regularly for about two weeks, I didn't notice any meaningful improvement in my neuropathy symptoms or circulation. It may provide temporary comfort, but it didn't deliver the results I was hoping for. Overall, it's okay for relaxation, but not very effective for my needs.

Needs larger foot platform
Foot massager is wonderful. Only used it 5 times, but it really works. Only one problem, I have a 11 shoe size & my toes extend over arch bar. That's why I gave it a 4.

Needs refining
Vibrating function is good but the touch controls are terrible! The unit allows you to position it and treat lower legs/ calves which works fine but the touch controls are entirely too sensitive, easily changed or turned off. It’s very frustrating having to stop and turn the darn thing back on multiple times.
