This is great seed! Birds are visiting and love it!
This birdseed has been great for us. I recently got one of those camera bird feeders and wanted something that would attract a variety of birds so we could actually see them up close and this mix really delivers. I’ve honestly gotten a little obsessed with watching them. It’s surprisingly calming. The blend has a nice mix of seeds and little fruit pieces. It doesn’t smell, I haven’t seen any mold, and the bag size is solid. It’s a bit more expensive than some other options, but based on the variety of birds it attracts, I think it’s worth it. I’ve already seen about 60% of the birds listed on the bag show up at my feeder. We get daily visitors now—I call them “the residents” because they come back like clockwork. So far I’ve had a Downy woodpecker, male and female cardinals, lots of chickadees, and tufted titmice. I even spotted a blue jay nearby, but it hasn’t landed on the feeder yet. It only took a few days for birds to start coming, which I was really happy about. I’ve already gone through one bag and reordered. The only downside is that the squirrels and crows like it too but honestly, they haven’t been too bad, and I’m working on a setup to keep them out. Overall, really happy with this seed. If you want to attract a good variety of birds, this is a great option.

SE Washington birdies 100% approve this feed.
I have been watching the birds since Christmas of 25' when I first bought and introduced this feed. It is now close to mid March. It took them awhile to notice it and I was getting worried. Well, it snowed a month ago, and even though the snow is long gone, ever since that snowy day all the birdies seem to flock to it. It is a full house. I am still getting new and beautiful breeds of birds. They all love it. I need to get a couple of new feeders, it cannot fit everyone and they chase eachother out. I see seven in the tray at a time (I have a tray feeder due to the larger feed and fruit in this feed.) These rest are hanging back watching in the trees, waiting for their spot to open. I live in SE Washington, in the mountians. I can affirm our birds here eat all of it but for some peanuts that they leave behind. I do scan the ground to see what could be getting kicked out. Even on the ground-it is all consumed but for a few peanuts. Everything else gets wiped clean. I am very happy with this feed, and clearly the birdies here are too. I will have to keep this in stock after all. Success! I think the flavor variety is spot on, all the bags came intact (I bought 4), and I appreciate the nutrient value. I find this to be an excellent value for the money (I paid $13.) I will be buying more as my feathery fellow mountain dwellers consume it. I want them fat, warm, and healthy. June 2026 update: I have bought all the bird feeds individually (1 feeder for safflower, 1 for cracked corn, white proso millet, pumpkin seeds, sunflower hearts, all of the feeds, and each food has its own feeder) and THEY ALL STILL CHOOSE AND PREFER THIS FEED. A note on the nuts and why they weren't eating them. I found out that because most of my birds are songbirds, the nuts are too big for their little beaks. Larger game birds would love the nuts, I just haven't had those visitors(yet.) I have been chopping the nuts up in a food blender, and they love that. This is important especially with the fledglings that mom is bringing now! Which is the highest bird honor!! The nuts otherwise present a potential chocking hazard for little ones who are just learning how to eat.
