This seems to be a decent quality "pump" blend so far. - Tablets are larger, but still easy to swallow - No odd aftertaste or ill effects - Price/Value is not great - Label has GMP stamp but I'm not sure if 3rd party lab tested (I haven't seen the COA yet) Unfortunately these contain BioPerine, so I'll likely throw the rest away. If you take ANY other supplements with BioPerine included, be very, very careful you do not exceed 15-20mg of BioPerine a day. There's been a big bandwagon of supplement makers including BioPerine in their products to "increase absorption." But this added BioPerine in everything causes a potentially harmful cumulative effect. If everyone puts this in their products, you end up getting far too much daily piperine cumulatively (which should never exceed more than 15-20mg a day). Secondly, BioPerine is *not* necessarily healthy, only GRAS (generally recognized as safe). It actually irritates the stomach and destroys gastric epithelial cells, and it's a potent gut irritant potentially causing gut permeability, even in smaller doses. BioPerine also causes a potentially dangerous increase in calcium concentration. And despite being touted for its ability to increase bioavailability, it actually *reduces* absorption of Beta-carotene and Vitamin E and can cause a loss of potassium. This is really NOT something that should be added to ANY supplements. It should be left to the consumer to buy and take separately if they want to try it. So if you use any supps with added BioPerine (like these "pump" tablets), keep a very close eye on your total daily BioPerine intake and try to keep it under 20mg a day. That said, I didn't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

I was on the lookout for some non-stimulant pre-work out supplements when I came across this Pure for Men pump enhancer, and decided to give it a shot... And any benefits in the bedroom are definitely a bonus! The first thing you'll notice popping this out of the box is the pill size: horse. These are probably the largest pills I've ever taken, and are not for the faint of esophagus; the closest I've gotten to the size of these are other supplements that are at least more rounded while being thinner - at the cost of some extra length. I've only been taking it a few days so far, and can't speak to any noticable boost (and haven't used as a pre-other kind of workout as of yet), but at the cost, I don't know how much of a recommendation I can give unless the price drops, or the effects become more obvious... And shrinking the pills to where taking 3 becomes the dosage wouldn't be terrible either!

These capsules contain a proprietary blend which includes L-Citrulline and L-Arginine. A serving is 3 somewhat large capsules, which I find go down easily. They are smooth and there's no chalky feeling, and no aftertaste. There's no ill side effects like upset stomach. 30 servings per bottle. L-Citrulline is generally taken for heart health and immune system support, and L-Arginine causes blood vessels to open wider for improved blood flow. Both ingredients are commonly taken daily, so I have no problem taking these whenever I have an active day. For me, this isn't one of those pre-workout supplements that gets me amped for hard cardio. I would describe this pre-workout more like gently energized. I like it because pre-workout drinks that get me amped up, often later result in my being exhausted in the afternoon. With Pure for Men Pump Enhancer I feel a sustained elevated energy through the workout and afterwards. One thing to take note of is I feel the energy start to come on after an hour of taking the capsules. (some powered pre-workouts I feel within 1/2 hour). These are manufactured in an FDA inspected GMP certified facility. Pure for Men is LGBTQIA+ community friendly, minority owned company.

I weight train three (3) days/week. Between those days, I fit in Pilates, swim, bike. I train for both strength and endurance; for me these are complementary goals and they help each other. For strength training, you want to hit a point of progressive overload. However some days I simply run out of fuel before I run out of strength; this is NOT for lack of calories. This is the opportunity I am seeking to leverage with pre-workout energy; I want to fuel my workouts. Although this seems to also support endurance training, so I may see what it can do on bike or swim day (which is almost purely endurance as I train distance and not sprint)? I recognize some of the ingredients (amino acids, fillers); I don't recognize all but will look them up. For now, I just got these and really need some time before I can give results. Fingers crossed; I certainly have a need I hope these will help with.

This is a great Citrulline + arginine supplement. It's 3rd party tested for purity and potency, and each 2 tablet serving contains 2905mg of citrulline + arginine + piperine (likely just 5 mg piperine). The standard dose for both arginine and citrulline is closer to 6000mg EACH - so this product is a bit underdosed in my opinion compared to powders, but is good for tablet/capsule form. Citrulline has a lot of well studied benefits, such as increasing blood flow throughout the body, reducing muscle soreness, men's health, etc. There is some evidence that it can improve exercise performance, but studies have showed mixed results. The combo of citrulline + arginine should work synergistically to increase the benefits and blood flow boosting effects. Overall - it's a good arginine + citrulline supplement, and about as good as it gets for tablets/capsules. That being said, the 2900mg dose is a bit low considering you need closer to 6000mg citrulline and/or arginine for optimal benefits.

I'm familiar with Pure and use their 'Stay Ready' tablets, if you know you know. It's obvious that their products are geared towards (but not limited to) gay men. I have started to give these a go and been taking them for a few days now. Firstly, the packaging is very pared down and minimal but sleek. There is a protective seal as expected which was easy enough to remove. Supplement facts and ingredients all listed. The stated daily dosage is 3 per day which means a bottle of 90 (which this is) will only last one month. For the price, these are not the most affordable solution out there. They clearly see these being an energy boosting supplement for gym and workouts, and potentially bedroom workouts afterwards. I workout most days a week alternating cardio and weights. I'm 50 and sometimes struggle with energy levels. I take pre workout supplements usually in drink form so was expecting results comparable to those. For my weight sessions, I do think these work and I find myself pushing more with heavy lifts and more sets. I feel a slight tingly sensation on my chest, neck and face which might just be my reaction but that may be off putting to some. For cardio, I don't think this really does much for some reason. It is called 'Pump' after all, so I guess the clue is in the name. For the bedroom part, it may just be a placebo effect but I definitely get the incline to get down to it with my partner. I obviously can't go into it on here but let's just says it's more intense. These retail for $60. You can buy L-Citrulline and L-Arginine capsules for $15 and with 120 to 180 capsules. I'm going to see these through until I run out and will assess whether to order again.
