This was my second order of these brushes, because I like them so much. I keep one on each of my motorcycles, one in my truck, and one in my bathroom to groom my hair and beard after a ride, a drive, or a shower. Great product, quick delivery.

Great companies are the ones who actually read their customers' reviews and go to the effort to make things right when something doesn't go as well as hoped. Because this seller stands by their products and reputation, I have changed my review to reflect the great customer support they have given to me. Will now check out their other brushes to hopefully purchase one of them. As at least one other reviewer stated: Bristles Come Out. The handle is fine, the bristles themselves are also fine and the lighter colored bristles were great for my hair. However, both the lighter and darker colored bristles on each side are shedding every time I tried to use it = they are not glued down properly. :( Having them fall out into my hair, into the sink, onto the floor, etc. is not acceptable. So I threw it in the trash. A Complete Waste Of Money. Looking for another brush now = Don't buy it! :(

Large brush, solid wood, both sides are soft, thick bristles-the lighter side has slightly softer and longer bristles. I took off one star because the plastic wrap was previously opened. I didn't select the "used, like new" option but I think that is what I received. I would have returned it but I intend on using it for my pet, so I chose to keep it.

Wow I was surprised how well this worked through my curly/wavy hair! First use and I can tell a world of difference versus other detanglers. I wouldn’t normally detangle dry but this brush changed my whole outlook on dry brushing! The bristles are just the right texture to minimize breakage. My hair is silky and shiny, perfect for a brush-and-go type of day. The cherry on top is how affordable it was! Wow 10/10 would buy again! I was hesitant to purchase when I read the bristles tend to fall, but my mind was put at ease when I realized it truly depends on usage. Plus, when this one wears out I will gladly repurchase since it really is affordable!

DON'T GET THIS i was really happy about this great buys, as i want to start doing my own hair more instead of paying a lot of money to keep getting it braided and this seemed like a great slick back brush to use with the two different sides and sadly i was very disappointed! The brush wasn't giving me the slick i was hoping for and i started noticing the bristles falling out! It wasn't that bad at first, but then the pieces would get into my hair and i would try to get them all out, but there was so many!! the brush is looking fine still but i am afraid to ever use this again! at the end of the day my hair was a mess and all i was left with so much frustration and a balding brush!

Good brush, but softer than expected I purchased the GranNaturals Double Sided Boar Bristle Hair Brush expecting a bit more resistance when brushing, especially on the “hard” side. While the brush is well-made and smooth, both sides felt much softer than I anticipated. It works nicely for gentle smoothing and finishing, but if you’re looking for a brush with firm resistance to really grip the hair for slick backs or more control, this may not be the best fit. It’s more of a soft, polishing brush than a firm styling one. That said, it could be a good option for sensitive scalps, fine hair, or light smoothing, just not what I personally expected based on the description.

This was a Christmas gift. I loved the dual sides. Like one for myself. No complaints. Looked like firm bristles, worth the money, I believe bristles are firm but soft

I use this brush to brush out my hair after I shave it. Very good for that use case. It's pretty soft against my scalp. Would recommend.

I was expecting one side to have firmer bristles. Both sides are soft. Ok if you have fine hair.

Returned Brussels fall out, very poor hair brush.
